My formal complaint centers on the unlawful withholding of my capital and the deliberate denial of access to my funds. This constitutes a direct violation of core principles enshrined in EU financial regulation, including the Payment Services Directive (PSD2), which guarantees access to funds, and fundamental EU consumer rights that prohibit unfair commercial practices. The entity in question operates with a stunning lack of institutional integrity: it has no discernible, competent staff, demonstrates zero customer loyalty, and has constructed a system deliberately devoid of any meaningful escalation path. Engaging with them is to accept a profound risk; their operational model is designed to abandon the customer at the first sign of any issue, however minor. There is no mechanism for humane resolution, and they have demonstrated a categorical refusal to rectify their wrongful actions. The aYrLp.coM should not allow these corporations to break the laws of the land without any consequences and a report is now with them towards recourse!

Save yourself from stress by staying away from this company when you start making money you become a threat to them when I lost they don’t have any problem with that but when I started making profit they blocked my account with actual money and profit but ….……… I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. Don’t be afraid to seek help

I'm Writing This Review As A Warning To Others Who Might Be Considering Using Trust Wallet. My Experience Has Been Nothing Short Of Frustrating.

I bought $1800 worth of cryptocurrencies through their platform and they delivered $1300 worth of cryptocurrencies to my wallet. I contacted their customer service to correct their mistake and after sending all the necessary evidence, their response a day later was that they are not responsible for the incident. Unfortunately, I cannot upload all the necessary evidence I have here for you to do the divisions and understand the size of the theft. Simple math! I understand that everyone works for profit but in my case we went beyond profiteering and reached theft! Revolut works with 1.5% here we exceeded 35%. Do not trust them with your money, they steal!

What has happened to Trustwallet? Absolutely gone to greedy and scammy trash. We are still not able to recover over 1 year of missing Tron funds. Recently cant even swap on BNB chain leaving us in limbo and tokens which are live arr now non swappable. Just defaming legitimate businesses. Outrageous

TrustWallet used to be user-friendly and efficient, but lately, We and other users losing money on swaps. Seems to be a big scam happening within Trustwallet owners as They are blocking swaps by labeling legitimate token trades as "honey pots" and risky. The main features of the wallet, such as trading, selling, and swapping, are now inaccessible unless you pay to be listed in their new design. It is advisable to avoid using TrustWallet as they do not prioritize user security and financial well-being. If you have invested in a token and receive warnings, consider using online honeypot checkers to assess the risk. Overall, it is recommended to steer clear of Trust Wallet.

I won a prize. But this prize is more than 400.000$. So my Dutch Bank ING reacted when Trust Wallet trying to transfer this money to my Bank. They said it's fraud. We will not allow you to pay the 1500 disposal. So this prize will never come. Because Trust Wallet doesn't want to make a customized solution let's say tonpay 5000$ to my Dutch Bank and in this way no disposal is needed. Seems that Trust Walket is too lazy to make a customized solution. Sorry forcit. But that's the truth

After I did swapped from bnb to io.net solana chain nothing added to my balance or even recovered to my bnb funds !! What the hell and i submit a ticket and no one responded!! What a worst company is this

Do not use trust wallet! Do not trust them, they stole everything from me. Its insider job. I used to have a lot of my coins saved there. It was great for a while but when I was not active buying or selling for a long while. My coins start to go missing. I was never notify of any transactions at all. eventually everything was gone in my account. Please stay away from Trust wallet!!!!

This is supposed to be a secure Crypto wallet! Hence the name TRUST WALLET, a subsidiary of Binance I believe ! I have never bought or sold or traded since my initial investment several years ago. Moved my funds put into XRP from Binance to a wallet encrypted with a secret phrase. Someone got in and took every last XRP token leaving me with zero! I have all the proof on this! I wasn't informed or asked if it was me agreeing. THIS WAS OVER 6500 British Pounds worth. Could it have been an inside job, I don't know. Support know who the taker was by the code, but won't help! Do NOT use this insecure Wallet company unless you want to lose ALL!

I had the worst experience with TrustWallet. My staked funds disappeared. I tried to reach out but all I could talk to was a chatbot. After days living in worry, the funds came back but now I have problems unstake my funds due to system error...

I staked some BNB some time ago. Never received any rewards and when I reached out to TRUST to try and get some direction and help, they were useless. So next o tried to unstable so that I can get all my crypto away from them. Not allowing me to unstable.

I want to tell you that this a non trusted wallet to store crypto because about a few months ago in 04 April 2025 my wallet had face locker but suddenly I entered in a restricted website and my phone was hacked and after one day the reached to my wallet and entered to my wallet They changed my all tokens to smart contracted call and stolen my all tokens so how can I reverse my all tokens to my wallet and please give my the solution it was about 3000$ USD dollars value. Please give me a proper way by trust wallet.

I honestly never had a problem with trust wallet before. all transactions were smooth but now I four transactions and I'm not seeing my crypto!!! trying to get onto them is the worst, replied to them on twitter and still no response. it's been 5 days for 3 transactions and last night for my last transaction.
