I went to BSAK 5 minutes before closing and the staff were super helpful and gave me all the time I needed to get my daughter’s uniform which was super helpful. Thank you so much to the team :)

In order to exchange 3 pieces first i was served by one guy that kept the things for 5 min without being able to do anything. Then they went to a lady that was searching for things for other 20 min, and then the process to exchange at the cashiers was manual and extremely slow
