Good Product, Terrible Support Experience
The system itself is useful and has a solid database. However, the support experience has been extremely disappointing.
The live chat consistently shows as unavailable, and when prompted to call the phone number instead, there is no response—only hold music with no assistance provided.
This is especially frustrating considering the service is paid and advertised as having friendly support.

Information was only half true and not complete
Information was only half true for what you found. My original purpose was to discover marriage records which you could not provide. Lots of mixed up information and not a complete history for myself. This service was useless so i cancelled it.

The most inept process I've been through. The A I service sucked big time. Then transferred to a live human being. This poor gal was extremely nice...but was the recipient of my frustration with my attempt to cancel your service. The person I searched was mixed with another person. the info was useless, an unknown person tagged onto the history of the person I knew. I had no way to correct erroneous information posted about me. This is a total waste of money.
