Catherine, Lucy and Helen have all been incredibly helpful and professional. In fact, everyone I have spoken to at Truth Legal has generously given me their time, probably beyond their obligations, and for that I am extremely appreciative. A very different experience dealing with this team compared to what I would expect from the industry standard, I would highly recommend Truth Legal to deal with your case.

I recently used Truth Legal’s visa services for applying for a new spouse visa. It was a completely new visa route for me and I was not familiar with the process. I wouldn’t have had such an easy process without the help of Mr. MacWilliam. He made the whole process trouble-free for me and my partner. I couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided.

Whilst unable (due to time limits) to assist directly with my potential financial mis-selling claim against two shysters (one a so-called IFA, the other a household name building society) I have to record that the advice able to be given was excellent and I found the advisor personable and professional. I have no reservations in recommending the firm.

It's Thursday today. I phoned last Friday morning and was promised a call back on Monday, if not the same day. I didn't get a call. I phoned again yesterday morning and was promised a call back the same day and again didn't get one. I phoned again today and was told that there are 2 lawyers and they're getting 50-60 calls per day. That's not an excuse for not keeping their word. How can they possibly cope with that volume of cases and do them all justice? I've found a much more professional firm now thankfully.

It's not my fault if the information that you gave me is incorrect. And I didn't say 60-70. Who would trust a law firm that can't even get these basic details correct?

Yvonne Atherton has helped me many times over the years and as an HR Professional I have found her Employment Law advice and negotiations to be excellent. I would recommend to anyone to search out Yvonne.

Seeking help with an employment matter I sought advice from a friend who highly recommended Truth Legal. I found Mirek to be friendly, informative and responsive. He was able to clearly talk me through each stage of my case and I am very happy with the service provided. Navya was invovled in the final stages of my case and was equally approachable and clear in her advice.

I contacted Truth Legal after the solicitor provided by my household insurance cover told me that my Unfair Dismissal claim would not succeed. Navya and Yvonne listened to my story, reviewed the documentation and agreed to help. They attended Tribunal Hearings on my behalf, keeping me updated at all times about the next stages of the process. Finally after 18 months the company settled before the final Tribunal Hearing. They helped at every stage and without them I would not have succeeded.

I am very happy with Louis MacWilliam at Truth Legal. Our application was a bit tricky. I am divorced and getting married the second time with a divorcee with a teen son from her first marriage. They both had Indian nationality. Louis analysed our situation and advised us accordingly. So many times I thought I was ready to apply but Louis was not - hence I had to keep going back to the drawing board and getting my documents in order. This delayed our application by almost 4 months. Only when Louis was 100% happy with the documentations - he allowed us to apply. Infact, my wife's and son's application was so spot on that we were not even called once by the Home office, my wife and her son did not even have to go for an interview. They were called in just to take the stamped passport with the visa ! I will give Louis 10/10 for his expertise and guidance. Will definitely be using Louis for the visa extension in 2 years time !

I was involved in a serious road traffic accident. The marketing information for this company is highly misleading. After their huge emphasis on being a firm that will pick up claims where you're not happy with your current representative, it should be far more clear that they will only look at your case if there's enough profit in it for them.
If you have "Truth" as your company name, there needs to be absolute transparency or you run the risk of negative feedback! If I'd known this was the case, I wouldn't have wasted my time contacting them.

I was very sceptical about using a ‘no win, no fee’ legal firm after suffering an injury at work but after researching some of those available I decided to give Truth Legal a try.
I have to say I’m very pleased with the service and outcome achieved.
