I contacted Truth Legal after being let down by my union on a personal injury claim at work. From the very beginning to the end I was given a very professional service, and was always kept up to date with the status of things. The team there are very knowledgeable and helped me prepare my case, thankfully my claim was settled without the need for court and I'm very happy of the outcome.

I wholly recommend Louis MacWilliam at Truth Legal---he guided me through a relatively complex citizenship application providing reassurance and clarification. He was even available on the morning of the day I submitted my application for my last-minute doubts! I found the citizenship application process generally quite stressful and having Louis as a guide made it considerably less so.

I first made contact with Truth Legal during the first lockdown in 2020. I was put in contact with Katherine Swinn who provided me with advice and a summary of the actions I should take to obtain the evidence necessary regarding my case.

I followed Katherine's instructions but I was met with obstacles from the parties involved. Once again, I contacted Katherine and she kindly provided further guidance that has been beneficial for me to be able to proceed with civil action.

If it wasn't for Katherine, I would have never been able to progress further with my claim, I really couldn't recommend the company enough.

I'm not sure how they get these glowing reviews. i've literally waited 18mths for Gary Warriner to start working and now I have to give up with them or my claim will time-out. They are under investing in paralegals and the staff are unconnected with the files once signed up. The one I was dealing with (Maya) was a mortgage adviser last year, and this year a clinical negligence paralegal, IMO, thats a ridiculously steep curve and her responses showed a lack of engagement. GIve up and move on.
