I consulted Andrew regarding a workplace issue which I was very stressed about. His advice was extremely grounding and pragmatic, and completely shifted the way I was approaching the situation. Instead of reacting from a state of stress, he pointed me towards a way of responding that could help to ensure my needs were met whilst maintaining a positive relationship with my future employer.

I needed to find a Personal Injury lawyer who would take on a complex case and would be able to meet tight timescales. Catherine Reynolds discussed my case on the same day as I phoned Truth Legal and agreed that they could help and meet the timescales. Tom Panton, barrister, was appointed and was brilliant (challenging, supportive and knowledgeable in equal measures). Catherine provided information received very quickly, was available to discuss issues over the phone or via video conferencing and expertly guided me through the legal processes. My wife and I have recently separated and Katarzyna Zatorski provided invaluable advice with regard to divorce proceedings, financial issues and arrangements for our children. There was a lot to take in but Kasia was very thorough and explained everything to me in such a way that I feel much better prepared for what lies ahead.

We live in Germany, my wife is German and I am English. We applied for a EU Family Permit and after this, an EU Settlement Scheme permit for pre-settled status.
We were very lucky finding Louis MacWilliam at Truth Legal to help us to find the best visa route and helping us with our applications which were often difficult to understand. My wife was given a family permit in March 2022 and we received a decision a few days ago that she had also been given pre-settled status.

Many Thanks to Gary Warriner for his expertise and his tenacious attitude, Claims against the NHS are known for taking a long time to settle, mainly because the NHS drag things out to the extreme hoping that maybe people will just "Give up"
If you have suffered injury because of wrongful NHS treatment then you have every right to be compensated for this,
Over the course (about 3 years) of my claim Gary must have received from me literally hundreds of emails and he replied to every one, We spoke on the phone at length a good number of times also,
The value of my claim in total was close to 3/4 of a million pounds, I'm saying this so you know Gary is more than happy and very capable working on complicated high value claims as he will be on lower value claims,
I think of Gary as a friend and now my claim has settled (out of court) i have to say i miss corresponding with him, I will not hesitate to use Gary in the future although i hope i wont need to.

I have to add my claim started out as an accident at work claim which was handled by Helen Beaumont of Truth Legal, It was during treatment from the NHS for this accident that caused the medical negligence, Hence my other review for Helen Beaumont.
