I’ve just had one of their trackers fitted, as I needed it urgently to be covered by my insurance I visited the company and they temporarily fitted it straight away.

Purchased this for my caravan, fitting was easy, worked straight away. reasonable cost. I have used trackers before but this one is very professional, yes there is a monthly cost but its worth it. under a hundred for the first year and about sixty following years.
Trutrack Customer care called me the following day to check everything was working well, the lady was very helpful.
App works fine, everything is easy, however not much information about how you program the unit and apply the local ring around your car/ caravan on the app. All the information you need is on the videos on the webpage. would like to see links from the app for ease of use.
