Everything went wrong... tracking, delivery, customer service, then finally 2 months later it arrived and the its are NOT as advertised. I couldn't have gotten worse quality cargos at Temu.

I recieved the wrong item than what was advertised.The product that was sent wasn't close to what they had online. I requested a return/refund and was told that the item had been updated but the website had not been. They refused a refund and offered 30% of my money back saying they don't give refunds.
I contacted them the day I recieved the package. They are scamming people, liers, and thieves. My credit card was compromised after this transaction. I had to close my card and get a new one. FRAUD COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I was sent the wrong item. The pictures on the website did not match the item. I contacted customer service and was told the item I received was correct just not portrayed properly on the website. I would like a pair of the pants in the picture, but apparently they don't exist and I was only offered a 30% refund after my card information on this website was sold and compromised. I had to obtain a new card due to fraudulent charges

They sent me a different item than I purchased. After several weeks of waiting for my cargo pants, a different item arrived. After several email attempts, I was then told they "changed" the design of the pants so it would "be better". I requested a full refund-they offered 30%. They are experts at deceitful advertising, and will not communicate with you in a helpful or efficient way. Oh, and the topper was that apparently in my initial purchase process I "authorized" them to charge my card a monthly fee of 29.99. I'm a pretty smart and detail oriented person, and I read the fine print. I never authorized this. I had to go through my bank to get the charges stopped and reversed. I highly suggest you avoid this company at all costs. Learn from my situation and don't subject yourself to their shameful business practices. And even though they said they changed the design, they still advertise the style I ordered. Illegal advertising, bait and switch.

In my opinion It's a scam. They sent me the wrong pants and the wrong size. They won't refund me my money and or send me the one I ordered. It takes a very long time for them to respond. I think it's an AI that sends the email back. Because it's just the same answers every time.

I received a reply **** CLEARLY COPIED SENTENCE OFF GOOGLE *** to say I would get 10% back.

I WANT ALL MY PAYMENT BACK INCLUDING ALL THE * SUDDEN CHARGES ADDED TO THE INITIAL PURCHASE AMOUNT *

Now, all I receive is a ' ROTE MESSAGE * from LEN (customer service) PROBABLY THE THIEF OWNER OF SITE... WITH THE MESSAGE.... they will be closing my account.

2. FALSE ADVERTISING: both in PRODUCT images and video by women (OBVIOUSLY FAMILY AND FRIENDS)
3. May 2025 viewed tan cargo pants, fitted and slip on (no zips or buttons), stretch jeans material)
4. ADDITIONAL CHARGES (not included in advertising) charged for out of Canada, (NO EXPLANATION IN ADVANCE)
5. SHIPPING: tracking provided (WEEKS OF THE SAME MESSAGE POSTED ON MOVEMENT ???)
6. RECEIPT OF PRODUCT - months later. Received a potato sack material, material so thin it’s transparent? (NOT STRETCHED JEANS FABRIC), elastic waist band (BLOOMING AROUND THE WAIST AND LEGS). Not what I ordered
7. REFUND REQUESTED IMMEDIATELY. For charges, sent photo (PROOF?!)
8. REPLY — weeks later, offering a 10% refund
9. DEMANDED FULL REFUND
10. Customer service (LEN( reply June 18) we can do 30% refund only
11. DEMANDED FULL REFUND . Let Be speak to the owner who can afford to refund me and not get a lawyer contacting

This scammer (can’t call it a company or business) should NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Buyer beware. This company is not only a fraud but has also attempted to charge my credit card. I've had to advise my CC company of the unauthorized charge.

Please believe every single comment on this page! This website is a scam! They sent u a whole different pair of pants and refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY!!!

What they advertised was NOT what I got. I ordered the adjustable cargo pants and what I got was some cheap nylon stretch pants!! And the shipping costs more than the pants!
They DON'T give refunds, but did offer 30% back to me.... What a joke!! You can't even leave a review on their website. They should be ASHAMED!!!

You have the nerve to continue to disrespect me!!!!! Are you seriously offering me $6.69 from this ridiculous purchase of $44.58 with your cheap material that I had been trying to return for 2 months, your constant dragging of email responses and unnecessary requests of item pictures, tags etc…

You can keep those $6.69, hope you choke on each penny from that, scammers like you won’t have a business for that long!!!!

STAY AWAY! They send cheap items that look nothing like what you ordered. They do NOT respond to your request for exchange or refund. They should be banned from selling in the United States!

First my bill said $9.99 for pants, $4.73 to ship. I was charged $14.73 to ship. When I questioned it they said it was sales tax. $10.00 on $9.98 order?? My bill said Sales Tax $0! Finally they issued a one time courtesy refund of the $10 "sales tax". I worked at New York State sales tax dept and told them this. Disgusting
Second my adjustable cargo pants was a cheap nylon pair of "adjustable" pants with a drawstring that would fit a 7 year old. Double disgusting. When I went to write a comment on their advertisement on instagram the comments were turned off. On all social media platforms the comments were turned off. I'm sure they have thousands of complaints because they are complete frauds!!! Wish I could get the word out to customers like me who got totally ripped off!!!!

Do not buy these pants! I have now disputed 3 transactions from this company with my bank. They steal your credit card details and take payments from your card! These pricks so far have stolen nearly $200 from my card before I realised. It’s a complete scam

I noticed charges on my card from places in California where I do not live and looked through my account and seen multiple charges. It started immediately after ordering from this website so they stole my account information and I never received any items.

Completely a scam company and false advertisement I’ve asked for a refund and they will not refund you your money

Awful they sent me the wrong pants I'm trying to figure out how to upload the pictures of what they sent me anyway these items they sent me did not even have tags anywhere on them I got xs and s more like xxxs see thru material customer service is awful .I almost forgot they then preceded to hit my debit card with a 39.99 fee so I could shop on there website none of that was mentioned anywhere.I should have read the reviews first.

They are FALSELY adversiting their pants. They say and show one pair but when you get them they're 10x too small for anyone to wear & they are made of the CHEAPEST MATERIAL ever.
They also don't adjust in the back, they're strings, like a pair of JOGGING pants you get at Walmart

Don't buy from these people. They'll refuse your money back after scamming you.

Just like everyone it's a scam. I didn't receive anything and I tried emailing and no response. Just great. Also it said the price would be one thing and it came out to another. Don't waste your time.

I ordered these pants and they are not as advertised. They don’t even look like the ones in the pictures. These have the scrunchy like elastic waist. And no adjustment pull strap as advertised. I ordered a large and it fit like a small and were not long at all. Please don’t waste your money. They don’t offer exchanges or even refunds for clothing that don’t fit. No matter the condition.
