I ordered cargo pants that seemed to be twill they sent me cheap material elastic drawstring pants that looked like pajamas. No button no zipper no adjustable straps on each side. I contacted them 3 weeks ago to return them with no answer I had to dispute it with my credit card. They’re still advertising on TikTok and there is no way to leave a comment to warn people that it’s a bait and switch.

Company is a scam. Not even a real company. Tik tok is still advertising these cargo pants. DO NOT BUY. they won't give a refund either

If I could give no stars I would. First a month of shipping then I receive an “upgraded version” of the pants which were a very cheap material with ties. No adjustable waist no zipper no button cause “ they take too long” they say. I JUST WANTED ADJUSTABLE PANTS. Now won’t provide a full refund because of their policy yet didn’t give me what I ordered.

SCAM!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I purchased a pair of Cargo pants and tracking said delivered 6/8 but never received. After purchasing 5/8!

BIG SCAM!!

I ordered the so advertised adjustable cargo pants, and after a month of waiting the product that arrived was nothing like advertised. I tried contacting them via email to exchanged or refund, they never got back to me. They don’t have a phone number and I also sent a ticket through their website and they did not follow up. I ended up calling my bank to make a dispute to get my money back!

I ordered 4 pair of the adjustable tab cargo pants on the add. What I received were 4 pair of elastic waist drawstring cargo pants. Far from what I ordered. I ordered a small because that’s the size I went by using the chart and they were so small I couldn’t get them over my thighs. I am only 4’9 and weigh 110lbs so they should have fit. I emailed try shaper support and received a form email back stating someone will get back to me. It’s been a week and still nothing. Never again will I order from them.

I wish there is -zéro star option I can give this so call business, that my fault not to come here first before I ordered.
Shipping took forever just to get some cheap looking pants that is not even the same material in wrong color and size, to top of, they started going in my account taking $39.99 every month for some subscription that I never saw at the checkout.. cancelled the card and disputed it 😡… when reached out.. they ignored me, ever notice how they turned their comments section off when advertising their product?? Now you know

Like others, pants not as advertised. Elastic/drawstring pants not the bells and whistles advertised. Sizing horribly incorrect and incorrect shipping costs charged to my credit card. Disputing charges with bank over fraudulent charges.

Terrible!! Ordered 3 pairs-took 6 weeks to receive and was not product that they advertised. They claim what I received is the “updated” product - very cheaply made! Customer service terrible and products horrible!

It’s definitely a scam I bought five pairs and the were not the same product as decribed

I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Don't do it! It's a scam. They make the pants look like REAL pants in the ad with zippers ,the right material etc. Just got them yesterday, and they're LITERALLY scrub pants with a drawstring. I am so angry

Took a month + an additional week, sir about 40 days to receive. I got XS thin, worse than polyester healthcare working pants. (No offense to healthcare workers) but the pants looked like that but cheaply made. This is the 3rd ticket I have with them now. The first was because of false advertising where once you make 1 purchase they say, order another pair and get the other for a fraction. I did and got charged $14.99 for the other pants shipping. Then I get dealt with this horrible thing tent like material of pants.

Wish I had came here first before I purchased these trash of a rag they're calling pants 😒pants thin as paper and they are nothing like the pants they advertised! Suppose to have 2 adjustable straps in the back, mines don't! I see we all have similar stories! There must be something we could do???!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of cargo pants and paid for expedited shipping. I contacted customer service and got a run around. After 1 month I finally received my order - but they sent 2 pairs of completely different pants. Again I tried to reach out to customer service - and received no response.

Absolutely wrong product and then they hit you with a fraudulent charge for nearly the same amount a few weeks later. If you don’t catch it, I am sure they will do more fraudulent charges. I contacted my bank!

Wish I could give 0 stars . These pants are low quality and see through . Totally false advertising. You will not get what you paid for . And they don’t allow returns . DO NOT BUY !!!

False advertising. Company sent different, poorly made, cheap material pants with elastic waistband. I contacted them, and they said it is the upgraded version with better fabric and offered a 30% refund. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I also noticed a new fraudulent charge on my account. Be aware and check your statements.

False products, emailed then about my order which was not what I ordered online. Got cargos that were meant to be adjustable and heavy material and I received cheap, horrible material with a drawstring waist band. Was told by them that they had only recently "changed" there product but are still selling /advertising there old one.
Would not give me a full refund even tho it's in my consumer rights to receive it since it's a false product. Told I'd only receive half, which was an absolute joke and I would not take as I shouldn't have to settle for that! DO NOT order from them products and customer service is a absolute shame!
