I received an email this morning that…

I received an email this morning that there was a shipment for more product was on its way. I emailed in that I did not need more product. The team of Patrick, Mhyca, and Veronica immediately responded and helped with the situation. They were very responsive and helpful. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced. Not only is Spartan a great product but this shows me they have an amazing customer service team.

I’m a satisfied owner of the SPARTAN red light cap and user of the Shampoo. Initial order and delivery was great. There was a recent matter I needed assistance with, and was very satisfied if the prompt assistance, support and resolution I received from Mhyca and Veronica of the Spartan Customer Service Team. This review is for the red light…

This review is for the red light therapy cap only. Two people in the family have been using it for about 4 months (one male, one female). Both have seen an obvious reduction in shedding as long as they use it consistently. One of them was seen by a dermatologist yesterday and told they have lots of baby hairs growing in (female). That person's weight also stabalized after weight loss so there is more than one factor at play. The other person has no other obvious factors that would have changed the amount of shedding. The dermatologist did say there is clear evidence red light therapy caps can help. Honest review. Real person from the US.

Joan and Cecille are amazing.
My initial shipment was undelivered.
Joan and Cecille rectified the situation immediately, they were quick to respond to my first email complaint within the hour and have sent a second delivery, free if charge.
Courteous and knowledgeable, their team is First Class..!!

So in the rush of life I accidentally…

So in the rush of life I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Instead of having to lobby back, and forth fo days Joan & Julia at Spartan made me feel like a VIP. I want to tell you how very impressed I am, and wish I could do more than just this survey... Thank You team spartan for not only being great but empowering your employees like Joan & Julia to be Super Stars in the customer service dept. A++++
