Marbella did a great job for me. !!!

I reached out to the support email yesterday afternoon and by this morning, my concern was already answered and solved. Joey helped me out immediately and my replacement item was shipped out. Thanks a bunch! I love your products and am definitely going to be getting more in the future.

Julia was quick to fix a mistake on my order.

Patrick was very helpful and diligent. He immediately responded to my issue and found a speedy resolution. I am extremely with the service provided.

I’ve always been skeptic about any products that ‘help with hair growth’ 🙄 - I’ve tried a few different ones over the years & didn’t see any difference TBH.

Spartan is the one exception!! Woot Woot! 🙌 - I LOVE Spartan products, and I use the shampoo & conditioner 3-4 time a week… religiously!! I’ve now added the ‘Root Activator Spray’ whiz is definitely the way to go! 🫶

I’m lucky that I still have a decent head of hair, but I was definitely starting to recede at the front, especially on the RHS above my eyebrow, and the front definitely wasn’t as thick as it used to be 😪.

After 12ish months of using Spartan, the recession has not only stopped, but has grown back noticeably (for me) as the new hairs are much lighter than the older hair that’s always been there! It’s shows especially after I wash & blow-dry my hair & looks 👌👌👌 - when I style it to go out!

I 100% recommend this 3 product combination & to cap it off, the shampoo & conditioner smell amazing & my hair looks & feels healthy AS!! 🥳

I buy the above for my friends as gifts (especially when they are thinning) & have had many thank you BIGTIME back… which I love!

If you haven’t started using Spartan, get around it & you too will be thanking me!! Hahaha!

The customer service provided by JeAnne and Marinella was exceptional. Although the ordeal of getting my packages has been frustrating. they have made the process easier, and adding in a free item to boot was a nice gesture.

I placed my order. They doubled it without my authorization. This made me very unhappy. I complained via email and JeAnne was very quick to respond to my complaint and removed the extra items. So bad for them to alter my order, but kudos for rectifying it so quickly.

Very fast response time, honored my request Julia was very accommodating in getting my subscription altered !

I had a shipping glitch, out of Spartan's control and not the end of the world given my location (Cyprus). Fortunately JeAnne was immediately - and I mean immediately ! on the case. Solution now in place, personal and attentive service received - highly recommended to others.

What made my experience good was Julia responding almost immediately to my concerns and completely fixed the situation and I really appreciate that.
