Very unhappy with their service and will not use them again. On Saturday 8 July 11.55am, I made a booking for a Picnic steam train ride i thought departed Saturday 15 July 8.10am. which my family was very much looking forward to. We turned up on Saturday 15th at 8.10am and waited. Upon checking our tickets, realised the train booking was for saturday 8th July. My fail for not checking the date. However, i realised the trybooking system had booked us on a train on 8th July 8.10am that had already departed and returned even before our booking was made! We were in the middle of moving and I got my dates mixed up so my fail there. However, that doesn't explain why the booking system format allowed me to book the ride after it was over. We paid $190 for something we didnt experience. I wrote a lengthy explanation to Picnic Train and they were apologetic but said it was our responsibility to check our tickets. My point is we shouldn't have been able to buy tickets for a train ride that had already finished.

We used TryBooking for a ticketed event recently and I honestly can not recommend this service highly enough. The customer service was next level - I was always able to speak to someone promptly and my issues were always solved with ease. The reporting system was brilliant, in that we could create documents to send catering information, create name badges, participant lists for check in - and more! I found the refund system wonderfully easy and the financial visibility was great.
Will definitely be using them for future events - without question! And a bonus that they're an Aussie company. Love love love!

Ticket sales at the door for big events is chaotic and stressful for all especially organisers.
Customer service was excellent, phone assistance from Julie & Tristran clear and supportive .

I have used this service as an event orgainser for nine years and can say the platform, the interface and the service delivered is great. Whenever I need them they are always available, polite and helpful.
Firstly website did not seek confirmation or review page before straight away accepting and processing the payment. I booked wrong number of tickest. I have sent 15 emails and several phone calls. ZERO response. I cannot get back the money

"trybooking"....it sounds like a taunt, and it was.
Just tried booking a sunflower festival in Kalbar, and this booking system STOLE about an hour of my life I'll never get back.
Multiple "Oops, something went wrong" pages, ticket numbers raising and lowering vastly in seconds. Stalling when you click on the ticket numbers you want, and then when you finally do click, then go to pay, suddenly they are no longer available!
Either actually do your job, or pack it in. Worst ticketing experience in years and not worth an ulcer.

Had an RSVP booking on the site once. Turns out just pressing select blocks it out for everyone. Didn't even need to procede.
Very high booking fee for providing nothing except taking names. Bunch of thieves.
As an elderly person using this service for the first time, I decided to contact Trybooking by phone. The person I spoke with was quite disinterested in my issue and as a result I purchased the wrong tickets! Thanks for that! On replying for a refund within the hour I was charged a $10 admin fee!
Beware when booking using this service, as one event runs into the next event on a poorly designed website.
