Aligner removal
Due to switch to my 4th aligner of 28 weeks treatment all going well so far although I broke the extraction tool & am being sent a new one. I find the aligners very hard to remove without it.
Got plenty of useful advice from the support team. So wasn’t stuck completely.
Contemplating not switching up to the new aligners until replacement tool arrives.

Invisalign vs Byte.
I’ve had Invisalign before, I hated when the little stubs on my teeth would fall off. I found it inconvenient going to the dentist a bunch just to get it fix. So switching over to Byte was such a great idea. I love the simplicity of Byte. I like the service and check up calls.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I went online to research Australian Companies that do the aligners and stumbled across BYTE. They are very professional in every way, I have been so pleased with the way everything has been handled and the cost is also very reasonable in comparison to the other companies that offer these aligners. I am extremely satisfied with BYTE so far, I can already notice progress and I love the Brightener they send along to keep your aligners fresh as well as gently whitening without any sensitivity to your teeth. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for day or night time aligners.

when I stated wearing my day aligners, I had bad lisp and face was quite embarrassing. I could not wear in day time at work where whole day I have to speak to customers. I did contact customer service and wanted to change to night one or to fix it. I was happy to return it but no refund no help at all. They called me and said nothing can be done. It is so disappointing that after spending that amount of money, I am only wearing at night time which I am supposed to wear all day.
I wish someone would have advised me that night time could be much better , I would have ordered night one at the first time. Not happy at all :-(

Week 4 of my Byte treatment!!
Week 4 of my Byte treatment and it’s going great!!!! Seeing a difference already. The fit behind the teeth could be a bit better as loads of filing has been required each week but other than that, I’m so happy.

So far so good
So far so good. The aligners seem to be of very high quality. Very clear and almost unnoticeable when worn. I am still having a fair bit of difficulty removing the aligners. They are a very tight fit. I am not feeling any pain or discomfort on a daily basis. My teeth are quite tender after the aligners are removed which I take as evidence that they are doing their job. Everything going well so far. My teeth are noticeably whiter already but I have not noticed any change yet in my teeth alignment. I am only in my 3rd week of treeatment.

Beautifully packaged, good communication from the advisors and simple to follow the directions. Im excited to see my results. Having some trouble with the Humm sytem of paying, cant get through to customer service at all.

I’m only on week 4 with the aligners and can only tell a small movement of my teeth so far but can’t complain. So far it’s good. Abit early to tell if they are working just yet.

I read lots of positive reviews of the company, but yet my experience hasn't quite hit the standard that I was lead to believe.
Firstly, the product itself is good and better value for money against its competitors. Secondly, Alot of reviews rave about the amazing customer service, I personally have found my experience has been below average. Delayed communication after receiving my product and then going forward a lack of communication and quite vague information when received.
-No instructions provided on how to use the product, clean the product, to keep the product in case you need to restart your journey / how to gauge your progress and even trouble shooting etc.
- I've had to resort to random Youtube videos to become knowledgeable and aware of my byte journey, which I find pathetic because Byte has created their own videos (3) but it lacks valuable information for its paying clients.
I hope my journey improves as well as my teeth in 6 months time before I submit my final review.
If they resolve and lift their communication/service standard going forward I think it would be a really good product and service. Time will tell!
