I honestly don’t even want to give one star!
The ball I ordered lasted all of 5 minutes before it burst.
I’ve emailed multiple times and not received a single response.
Total waste of money.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered but shipment was so delayed I canceled...not entirely sure why no action on shipping but they did respond to me canceling by way of a credit card dispute quite promptly...disappointed in my experience

I ordered a large ball for my 125lbs dog and received a small one. I attempted to contact the company on several occasions by email as there is no phone number available. When I unsubscribed I received a response from a so call customer service member by the name of Mark. An email copy of my order was requested and I included a photo of the ball I held in my hand.
Shame on me, I got scammed, shame on you for ripping people off who simply want to keep their dogs healthy.

Ordered a herd ball from everly. Told 5 to10 day for delivery. Day 10 emailed and recieved reply its on the way. No tracking or confirmation.Day 20 no delivery. Emailed no response. Day 30 asked for refund. Referred it to bank as a scam.

Total rip off! Ball was less than 10 inches and advertised as 22 inches! Paid an arm and a leg for a joke of a ball

I wish there was a 1/2 star option. I ordered through the shop app. I have no record or receipt of the purchase, it was never sent. I did get charged onto my card. The company refuses to send a receipt, they refuse to refund or exchange -citing that is what I ordered. I have a large collie lab mix and ordered the 21” as my previous herding ball from a more reputable company, Valkyrie (hind site) was 18” and not quite durable enough. Thought I’d give this a company a try. BIGGEST MISTAKE. They eventually weeks later sent a product NOTHING like described or even close the “giant herding ball” as described on the product. What I received was barely a 8” ball with one strap - as opposed to 10+. I’ve reported to credit card company, the next step is a police report. It came to $100 CAD….. I have had several email communications with someone different each time saying the same bullshit - can’t help you.

Do not buy this product. It is not as advertised. My GSD punctured it within 2 minutes of play. Trying to get a response from customer service and my money back. Nothing so far ....

This site is a scam. They sent me a small size when I paid for a large and are refusing to refund the difference. Don't use them!

I ordered and paid for the large ball but received the small ball instead. After several attempts to contact Everly to correct THEIR error, and clarify that I wasn't asking for a return but an exchange instead because this small ball is useless for my German Shepherd, plus the large ball was approximately $30 more, they finally replied with the following:

Hey!
As explained to you already prior, we are unable to offer you any return or refund based of our policy and the sale.

We truly appreciate your feedback though, and take it into consideration!

Again I’m sorry, that you were not happy with your purchase! But sadly there is nothing we can do at this point!

Total garbage product, do not buy, its weak garbage, you would be better off to just buy a fit ball and use that.

Same situation as many reviews here, ordered the medium herding ball received a small ball with handles, emailed expecting the mistake to be fixed and got back no returns, no refunds. Sent another email asking that they supply the correct order and got back no returns, no refunds (exactly the same message mentioned in a few of these reviews) I replied requesting a phone number, since then no response. Stay away do not purchase from these criminals! Giving them 1 star is way too much.

I ordered a large herding ball for my German Shepherd from this company. They sent a small and refused to take the product back stating that they do not return items that are on sale. I adhered to their return policy and wanted to return the item in its original packaging within the 14 day timeframe they stated on their website. They refused to take the return and I’m forced to dispute this with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company.

Giving it Tryeverly one star is not even deserving. I ordered 2 LARGE herding balls and they sent me 2 SMALL ones. I emailed them to notify them of THEIR error and asked to give me instructions on how to return the items they sent and to please send me the correct order. They responded two days later telling me they do not accepts returns or refunds. So I responded telling them I am not asking for a refund but would just like them to send me the correct order (to which I paid for). They sent me a very rude email after telling me that they will not.
Not only did they send an incorrect order but the herding balls the sent do not even look like what is on their website. Their website showed a solid blue ball with no handles. The balls they sent were orange and blue striped with a handle.
I am very upset at the lack of customer service accountability of this company. I will never order from them again and certainly NOT recommend them to anyone.

This is a horrible business. They have rude customer service with very limited policies.

Avoid this business at all costs.

I ordered a ball that was "on sale". On the website, no size was listed, just small for $69.99. That is on me. There is no 30 day refund. Although, they do advertise it. I was told the ball was on sale so they could not refund. I wish I had read the reviews first. Major scam and rip off.

I waited over a month for my order. It was not what I ordered. They did take there money within minutes from my bank account. I have reached out multiple times with no response!!! I would recommend not shopping or ordering anything from this company!!!

One star is generous based on my experience. I ordered the medium herding ball that is listed as 22” diameter but what was sent was 8” diameter. I contacted the company and they said that was what I ordered. If that’s true, then their website is lying, misleading, and false advertising. Their policy is no refunds or exchanges since it was supposedly a special sale price.

Clearly a scam!! Ordered 2 large balls. They were advertised as being 25.5” in diameter. They sent 2 small balls that were 9” in diameter. When reaching out to the company expecting this to be a simple mistake and providing the invoice and pictures clearly showing the error they said they would not do anything because the items were listed as on sale. Every item is listed as on sale so beware, so will not get what you ordered and they will do nothing about it.

I ordered a Large Herding ball from Try Everly that was supposed to be 25.5" in diameter. They sent me a 9" diameter herding ball. Clearly, they sent the wrong item. Their last email to me is as follows:

This company is a SCAM.

Scam sent a 9" ball paid over 100 bucks. they said I couldn't return, then ghosted me. Ball was suppose to be 25" wish I had read the previous reviews first.
