The ball that was received was nothing like what was advertised. It arrived much smaller, shoved into an envelope. Within 30s it busted.
When we contacted the company and sent pictures, they would not process a refund.
There is NO 30 day guarantee, they will not refund you if you are not happy with your purchase.

Advertised as a large ball as big as a dog. What I got was a ball smaller than a volley ball for 80 dollars. Huge rip off!

I ordered two herding balls - 1 x small, 1 x medium. When What I received was 2 x small.

When I wrote to them (with pictures) to see if I could get what I ordered, I was told that there was no mistake and there was nothing more they could do -"We are sorry the product didn't meet your expectations".

Well the product absolutely didn't and the customer service didn't either (I'm quite sure it was an AI response).

The day I bought it I blew it up and put the outer cover on and the zipper broke after my dog played with it for 20 minutes. She LOVED it, but I reached out to the site and they said they would not replace it. " We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality! At the moment we have a fall sale going on and all sales items are excluded from refunds according to our policy. I bought it in May! I tried to safety pin it but that didn't work. I have reached out 4 times and also shared a video how much she loved it but they just keep sending the same response even though they print on their site " 30 days- get yours risk free guarantee "

Purchased the Eberly Herding ball marketed as robust "the one to buy after trying all the rest" "industructable". Let me tell you it is a crap product. Cheaply made. It did not survice 4 hours of supervised play. Contact company for refund. they refused refund on a defective item because it was "on sale". they advertised heavily on social media. I cannot rate this company & product low enough. Run away!!!!

Scam company that does not honor any type of warranty. This is for the Everly Herding Ball for dogs. It advertises as an indestructible herding ball but my German Shepherd popped it in 10 minutes, it split 4" on a seam. It also shipped directly from China which was not advertised. After several emails I was told that due to sale prices there would be no returns. Very cheaply made product. Don't waste your money.
