Hey. Not good still haven’t received my order yet. Yes it was at customs a week ago . So with that being said. I’m not happy at all with the service.

after I first ordered the product, I did not receive it for quite some time and I emailed the company. A very nice girl by the name of Pricel emailed me back right away and checked into the matter. She kept in constant touch with me about my product and gave me a small refund on the delivery fee. She was great to work with and had fast responses.

Good customer service
Hi,
Priscel attended my questions and cleared up some confusion i had with my order recently. I have an inoperable spine condition and engage a lot of alternative care for this and a heart condition so theres a lot of my own supplement research and supply. Priscel made it very easy and welcoming to correct a minor issue. Dealing with medical can be quite challenging but this was quick and easy.

I was needing to cancel my subscription, due to unexpected expenses. I contacted the company and request how to handle it. Joan was very understanding and took care of it. Refunded the amount charged. I was very pleased with their customer service!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days!
I will be back purchasing from this company in the future.
