Quitting smoking is tough. People try all the time, and usually fail. I was one of those people. FUM was one of those annoying ADs on my social media ALL the time. Thank god I caved and gave them a chance, because the habit itself was the tough one to quit, let alone the nicotine. FUM made it possible to ignore the cravings, cigarettes AND snacks... Flavoured air, the habit of smoking with my friends still, was a win-win for me.
FUM is an incredible piece of technology that has great flavours, and has a fidget mechanism to help with cravings.
Although FUM isn't for everyone, I personally found it easier when I fixed my mindset. If you aren't ready to quit, you won't.
The price is steep at first, but when you think about the money you spend on actual cigarettes... it's a no-brainer.
In conclusion; FUM is a great product. Well designed, easy to load, great flavours (white cranberry is incredible), and some flavours actually give you that "lung hit" some smokers like.

I was very hesitant to purchase this product, but boy am I glad I did! I have been able to quit smoking and vaping, and with the help of my FUM I’m not even tempted to go back. And the flavors are delicious!

I was a vapor (E-cig) and it was time to quit. Did a bunch of research on zero nicotine vapes etc… but found FUM and said that’s the one to try! Zero nicotine, no charging a vape, no heat and way less money.
But I will be honest. I don’t see this product working for cigarette smokers. The hit won’t be strong enough for them. I see it working very well for people who vape thou.
But for sure is worth a try!!!

The product is good. Their website ain’t. Flavors are fine, but I wish they had a flavor more geared towards tobacco. How they don’t have a coffee flavor is simply beyond me.

Great alternative. I didn’t realize it was more of a ritual habit rather then plain addiction to nicotine. Honestly it truly has helped me, I was vaping more then breathing for awhile & I was still vaping occasionally at morning coffee but I actually threw my device & batteries away for good 2 weeks ago and o feel great. No messy sticky oily liquids, no batteries chargers & just hassle free today. I love it,my teeth,lungs,wardrobe & entire body feel better & look better& no silly device stuck in side of my face!! Thank You FUM!!

Füm is MENT to replace a bad habit with a good one. As a seasoned cigarette smoker as well as my woman vaping, nicotine is hard to quit. This DID NOT take away the cravings, give us a buzz or a "pick-me-up." What it DID DO is give us something to reach for when the craving arrives. This is ment to make that transition easier. And it's done it's job. DISCIPLINE IS KEY! You're taste buds wont pick up on the flavors at first due to you inhaling habits, but over time, youll crave the Füm flavor more than anything. I started with Pepper Maple, now I'm in love with Crisp Mint and Grapefruit. My woman loves the fruity flavors. Ita been 3 months now. The craving still lingers, but our hands reach for Füm. This isn't an alternative, it's an investment. Invest in yourself. Invest on your heath.

I love the quality of the device, especially the weight and the clicking mechanism; they’re great for fidgeting without being disruptive. The flavour varieties are wonderful, especially the recent gingerbread (limited holiday release). This little device has done a lot of heavy lifting in my journey to end my dependence on cigarettes. Thanks FÜM, I’ve never been so happy to be a quitter!

Still trying to get used to lack of flavor. Like that doesn’t need charged.

i started off with zero nicotine vapes and then switched to FUM. FUM absolutely helped me with my hand to mouth habit. i also bought a second one for work which upped my possibility of success. it took me a bit to find the flavor of cores i like best but once i did it was a smoother transition. i smoked/vaped for 24 years. FUM ended that and i am grateful!

Fum is a great product that assists in managing my bad habits.

Premium cost product but absolute budget delivery, can’t review it since it still hasn’t arrived. You can’t charge that much and then skimp on a delivery service that doesn’t deliver. Would avoid tbh. Disappointed is an understatement. I have no idea if the product is worth the money or even if it exists since it’s somewhere going back and forth in the Evri system.

I would like to review the item. However, as I not received it yet. I cannot.
Unfortunately they use evri.
It has been in the depot twice and sorting depot twice.
5 to 8 days, actually equates to 13.
Will not be buying anything from them again. I shall find an alternative on amazon. Expensive item using the cheapest and worse delivery service in the UK.
And now it beyond thev5 to 8 days. They suddenly not keen to reply to me. How odd.

Ordered a single use non refillable to try before committing to such a costly refillable. First bad impression was that shipping took over a week. Second, comes with ZERO instructions. None. I had to Google WTH I was supposed to do! Third, Orange Vanilla flavor smells like oranges but tastes like…nothing…with a hint of rotten orange. Fourth, it makes my nose burn. And lastly, spending this amount of money on something that only last 3 days is psychotic. One and done for me.
