It didn't work for me. The flavors were all too weak, they smell more than they taste. As far as I could find there aren't clear instructions on how to use it. Mine also broke. The magnet piece on the mouth piece came unglued and I nearly lost the magnet. Cleaning it is also more complicated than advertised. Between flavors you absolutely need to use soap and water. The customer service is fantastic though.

I feel like it actually tricks you into feeling like you're raping. And out of all the other devices I've tried theirs is the best so far.

FUM helped me to quit smoking

Fun had definitely helped me with smoking cessation. I think that initial inhale is enough to satisfy my brain for a moment and that’s usually all I need to remind myself that I don’t want to smoke. A little pause. I like the weight. I like that you can adjust the opening so it feels like yours dragging on something rather than just breathing in air. Recommended

I was a reluctant quitter. I didn't want to quit smoking for any reason. I would have definitely failed without the help of Füm.
When I first tried Füm I didn't think it was going to work but I used it anyway, with the Black Pepper and Maple. I got through that day, then another, and I have been using it steadily since. It did the trick. And it continues to be helpful. (The date shows today but this was an 18-24 month process.)
I still reminisce when I smell a cigarette but it's like a long-ago memory of a time that isn't mine anymore, kind of like college parties! I may have been a reluctant quitter but now? I'm a grateful one.

I have wanted to quit vaping for a long time, and one very addictive part of vaping is the tactile element.

Füm has that entirely covered. The device is magnetically sealed, and the twist-to-puff design is clickety clackety perfect.

I also received a base for the Füm device for customer loyalty, and I find when I place it near my workstation, I don't mind not 'vaping' so much.

Also, the flavors are varied and impressive. I've tried several that have a good 'bite' to them, and others that are just a mellow lingering flavor, both of which have their upsides.

I've cut my vaping in half, and plan to go full Füm this year.

I was a smoker for over 40 years, then I switched to vaping. Better but not ideal. I found Füm 9 months ago. I've never felt so free. After a minor adjustment period, I can't see ever going back. I love my Füm.. best choice I've made in years.

Fum is a very clever devise that doesn't need filling or charging. It cleanly substitutes for smoking or vaping. I'm an old lady who was addicted to nicotine for most of my life. It's a relief to be able to inhale & fidget without having nicotine. Nicotine was causing me to have heart palpitations. My cardiologist suggested if I cut back on vaping, they would probably be reduced. I quit altogether, & the palpitations stopped! FUM works for me!

I was a long time smoker and quit. Fast forward 10 years and vapes came out. My underage son had one that I confiscated and boom, I was hooked. I have been trying to quit for years. When I tried Fum it was so different from everything else I had tried! I still get the feeling of vaping, just not the ick. I love the flavors, I love the feeling of it and it has taken me a long way on my journey to quitting. I only vape right before bed and I make myself go outside. I live in cold country, not pleasant, it’s how I quit smoking. I would tell anyone to try it. It’s less expensive than vaping, healthier and it’s all around better.

My husband quit vaping on Fum! He didn't believe he could. But he is 4mths along and said he has no interest in ever smoking or vaping again.

Got füm starter pack and then kind of ignored it and kept vaping, but since I’ve actually committed to quitting nicotine now, my füm has been incredible. I’d recommend getting several core flavors to find what you gel with. Im now off nicotine for 6 months and my füm is my best pal. I hardly take pulls anymore but now it’s the best fidget toy. The second dent on the mouthpiece is like a worry stone, and the airflow clicker is sooooo great for fidgeting.

I never thought I would give up vaping, but this product has changed my life! I haven’t vaped since 16th November 2025 and I’m still vape free, my FÜM had helped me massively not only do I feel better in myself, my physical help is so much more better. I love the flavoured cores (grapefruit, spearmint, and mint are my favourites) if your wanting to stop I definitely recommend FüM, it’s cheaper then smoking and vaping and if you have a subscription you also receive free gifts! Their customer service is also top tier! I ordered the wrong flavour core and within hours they changed it for me. I also received a little gingerbread when receiving their limited edition gingerbread cores. They really do appreciate and love their customers and always welcome feedback! I absolutely love it!
