Expensive, every flavour tastes like chemicals with almost imperceptible actual fruit flavour. Really wanted this to work, but it’s a huge flop. Not recommended.

Excellent device to help quit vaping, simple to use and plenty options on flavor cores.

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to quit c*garettes and v*ping, I finally did it! 15 days no nicotine and counting thanks to my new best friend, füm.

The shipping was quick and care to packaging was really great. I was very hesitant due to the initial price of the product but I am so glad I took the plunge. With frequent promotions my wallet and lungs feel much happier.

I started my füm journey with their disposables, which I recommend to my friends and family.

My favorite core is Crisp Mint, it’s fresh and long lasting. This product is great, it’s as advertised and exactly what I needed to quit my habit.

This product is a helpful, clean way to avoid the “cold turkey” feeling. The mint, cinnamon & maple pepper flavors are amazing! I love having my FÜM in airports & movie theaters, & there are no dead batteries or device leaks in my pocket or bag. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using FÜM for over a year and it’s been a solid swap for old habits.
Swapping cores is easy, and cleaning it between uses has become a small, meditative reset. The fidget factor surprised me most! The clicks and feel in hand create a new kind of comfort that actually helps.
It’s pocket-sized, discreet, and, most importantly, way better than the habits I replaced.

Ordering at FUM was fun and easy. So many choices and combonations packages to chose from, and the subscription service with the free gifts is and discounts is a real treat.

Really ordered this to swap out a bad habit. My advice will be to research well beforehand. Look at both good and bad reviews. Looking back at the negative ones - most probably haven’t given it a proper go… Main takeaways: Your taste buds are shot to start with- realise this… Crisp Mint is really good Get all the flavors and give them 2/3 days each… I’ve got enough for 6 months + Looks like from the picture that the fruit flavors aren’t for me- very ‘oily’ to start off with, but get better.. ( Wouldn't rebuy these) Black licorice- surprisingly nice (especially compared to fruits) I’m 15+ days in and am used to using it now. Went cold turkey. Cost- people moan- but compare it to the alternative and it’s a no brainer… The ‘you can use a straw’ argument I see often … I can use a pencil to write with too- but a fountain pen looks, feels and is more special!! Only get this if you are ready to buy in 100%. It works for the 25% that gets you when your 75% willpower isn’t enough… Customer service have been nothing short of excellent..

It’s a real shame!! First let me start by saying I love the actual product! It’s a great replacement for vaping, compact and great flavours but the delivery of the products is very unpredictable, maybe it will turn up on time maybe it won’t who knows!! Also signing up to the core club because you get free items/gifts! I’m eight months in and haven’t received one!

I have never smoked in my life, but I am a lifelong fingernail chewer. I have tried many times to quit this habit, but Fum is looking like the thing to help me finally stop. It keeps my hands and teeth busy so I don't which helps me not notice that my fingernails are rough (which is typically why I chew) and even if I do I can't mindlessly chew. Overall, love the product and recommend it to anyone with a bad habit that revolves around hands or an oral fixation.

Took a while to find the right core but when I found it (Maple Pepper) it went smoothly. It's my 5th month of not smoking a single cigarette and the best thing about it is that I save a lot of money.

Admittedly, getting the thing is very costly but once you have it's a lot cheaper in the long run (I'm not kidding, I'm shocked at how much money I have left every month). Have a monthly subscription that only costs 20$ and you'd think you need more cores, but actually they last surpringly long. And since there is no nicotine or anything, the need to use it get lower and lower and thus you don't use up that many cores (tbh I feel like a hoarder with how many I have left).

Ordered me a new FÜM thingy (The fancy black one) and gave my old one to my mother. She wants to also stop smoking and was curious about this. She is still in the testing phase, trying to find a fitting core (Sadly she dislikes Maple Pepper). She smoked more than me, so I can imagine it'll be harder for her but her Doctor and I hope it works.

Can only recommend! But it wont be easy, even now, when I'm stressed that desire pops up and you'll be suckling on that FÜM thing like your life depends on it. But every month, it gets easier. So, hang in there and don't give up.👍🏻

My experience with fum had been very good. It has been a great help in my journey to quit vaping. Like what was described about giving it a week to get use to it, is the truth. After a week of usage, I no longer felt the craving to vape. So if your serious about quitting smoking or vaping, I recommend you give fum a try.

Great product with awesome flavors and accessories. Love to just fidget with it at times as well, great all around and they keep adding flavors and devices.

FUM is a great device and I always have one close by. The weight it on point and the twisting barrel helps with fidgeting. Love the Spearmint and Maple Pepper. The toppers are a must. I've had mine for 6 months and I wish I would have bought it sooner.

When I decided to quit smoking, this was my go for a few reasons. First, it wasn't a vape! Next was the ingredients... readily available list of all ingredients on the website. No chemicals or toxins. I liked the design and the price point. Because it is air, I can use anywhere. I quit smoking 10 months ago, and still carry the Fum with me every day. When stressed, I use it as I take slow deep breaths, the oral fixation of a cigarette is met, and the flavor is relaxing.

Füm has been a fantastic way to curb cravings and assist in smoking less! I was not intending to quit smoking, but only to cut back, and this product has helped me consume 1/3 less of my normal tobacco intake. There are many wonderful flavor options that can offer a "throat hit" similar to one achieved from smoking, and the customer service is prompt and efficient. I suggest trying this product on the path to cutting back/quitting smoking, and especially vaping! Excellent replacement!

Fum is a great product, it made me realise that i dont need to smoke as I really didn't miss smoking at all. guess im lucky to have had no withdrawal symptoms.

Perfect alternative to smoking cigarettes and vaping! It gives you an awesome draw and you don't smell like nicotine! Also you get to select from a variety of flavors, so you can switch it up!

I know how hard we think it is to stop smoking along with the anxiety that comes with but I quit using a patch along with the Fume and just stepped down started with a 24 mg to a 14 mg to a 7 mg and quit altogether took 30 days and have not touched another cigarette since 2012 and bought the Fume and purchased the mint cores and when My wife stated that she would like to quit smoking or at least cut down on her smoking she's been crushing it with the 3 core purchase her favorite is cranberry and mint can't remember the 3rd one lol anyhow Fume is fantastic in both products as well as customer services and satisfaction .
