This Company does not exist - they take your money & never send order. When I emailed them regarding the order I got a we are sorry for the delay at this time, then when I asked for Shipping details they sent details for a shipping docket in 2019, which had nothing to do with my order, then you cannot contact the shipping company because they are some Asian shipping company...it's all lies -
If your Occupational Therapist recommends making a purchase from this Company - DEFFINATELY SAY NO.

I have been waiting for my order for nearly 7 months now. Repeated emails from them saying they will ship again. Really disappointed. So dishonest. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered these lights due to the cost of electric being expensive. I find them very handy as they turn on as you pass them. Let's you keep all the usual lights off. Brightness is great too.

Don’t bother. Ordered in August 2023 - now end of December. Have assured me that the product was shipped TWICE. Have never received. Now not responding to emails.

Good product from past experience but this time first they cancelled my order then a week later said they had more so I ordered again. Tracked it all the way to a suburb of Toronto then it suddenly showed up as delivered in UK. Needless to say I never received it. Have now written to co. Three times about this issue with no response they’ve ruined Xmas as the shippment contained a number of Xmas presents

I recently brought two of the spectrum floor lamps for my living room. I love the sleek design. Creates such a beautiful ambiance which I can easily set or change via the app.
Overall, great quality!

Fantastic service, great quality lights and quick delivery 🚚 would recommend!

First time buying from this company and have no complaints. I was in need of a lamp for the living room as the last one broke. The one I ordered (Luna lamp) was a complete upgrade from the last one as it feels more high end with a great price point. All in all had a good experience and would recommend.

As with the previous reviews: Order never arrived. Do not order there under any circumstances.

I have posted here about this company before. Here’s an update on what’s happening now. I ordered from them back in the summer, months ago now, and never received my order though they took my money. They are difficult to contact but I had a few email exchanges with them. They sent apologetic messages, assuring me each time that my order would arrive imminently. On this site they complained I hadn’t given them the order number, I absolutely had on numerous occasions. Astonishingly, despite the fact they are clearly a scam company and have stolen my money, they have started to send me advertising emails trying to get me to order more products from them!! The mind boggles. Just to 100% confirm to everyone - this is a scam. They will take your money and you’ll never see your order.

EDIT - They have asked for my order number in their reply to this review. I have given it to them multiple times, but just so we’re all absolutely clear this is a scam I’ll post it here too. My order number was 41625, order placed 31/07/23.

EDIT - Sooooo, do you wanna respond yet??? I’ve given you the order number. You’ve had my details for months. Nothing from your end. Do we need to provide any more evidence that you are a criminal enterprise??

The lying scummy company is sadly back online and this time they’ve hired fake reviewers to do their bidding to boost their terrible score on here. Beware everyone of their replies to bad reviews on here saying they want to help but they actually don’t. Those four losers who work in the office together have even fewer morals than the amount of stock they actually have in their fake warehouse in China. Even trustpilot wont delete our reviews now when they run scared and try to flag them.

I have ordered with this company before and was pleased with the product and service. Recently, I decided to purchase 2 more apex lights for my daughters bedroom as well as some strip lights for my kitchen. I understand there has been some backlog with the company’s orders recently due to a change in suppliers. However, Jillian in customer service has been super helpful and communicated well. My products have arrived and again I am extremely pleased with the quality and will definitely be ordering again. Happy to hear Illuminate is up and running again!

I ordered the indoor lighting set and I was a bit skeptical about installation as I usually struggle with anything DIY related 😅 however this was super easy to install and the product is great! Exactly as expected. Delivery was slightly delayed however it was definitely worth the wait!

I order 4 lights on May 23, 2023. They were never delivered. I asked for a refund in August, and they said they would issue a refund but never did. When I wrote them back multiple times, they would respond they were going to ship next week or they would issue a refund. They did neither and appear to be out of business.

Agree with all recent reviews on here - this company appears to be a scam. My order (#41737) was placed on 17 September and I’ve heard nothing since. Messages sent to the support email address being provided below are undeliverable. Can someone please come back to me? Would not risk ordering.

I ordered a product from Tryilluminate over 2 months ago. I have contacted them via email a number of times, and received reply emails of assurance that they were processing the order, and thanking me for my patience. Tracking still indicates the order has not left the warehouse, and now the email address is no longer available - blocking all communication. BEWARE!!!!! This company is a fraud!

Terrible experience. Please do NOT order unless you want to loose your money. Ordered item on 6th August and still not yet received 7 weeks later. No feedback whatsoever or response despite demanding my money is refunded.

I would like to request a refund as the order had not been fulfilled. I also don’t understand why it needs to get to writing a review in a public forum to get a response from illuminate customer experience.

Left a review at the end of August after waiting 5 months for my order (which still isn’t here) after dozens of emails chasing them, which received generic ‘your order is on its way and thanks for your patience’ responses - despite me asking for a delivery timeframe, a tracking number, a refund, contact details so I could raise a formal complaint - none of which were ever provided, despite multiple requests.

Yet on TrustPilot they responded to my last poor review and said this would be dealt with promptly. Still nothing.

This company are:

THIEVES.
DISHONEST.
LIARS.

The MUST be brought to justice and SHUT DOWN. I am actually investigating themselves to find the details of who owns them, and paying for private help to do so.

I will then post those details here, for all those other poor customers they have STOLEN money from.

You can then decide what justice they receive.

I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

Another 1 * review to add to the rest DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY........ What is the point of giving my Order Number here, as will be requested, when NOTHING is done about it. Customer Support is run by a ROBOTIC answering service which I have contacted many times with a generalised fobbed off reply. Glitzy advertising is a SCAM. This company should be Closed down immediately
