I was really impressed with the service. I had ordered a set of product last spring and am very happy. I just ordered another 3 and they arrived with a defect - the motion sensor was not working good. I wrote an email with the video of my issue to the support email, and within 24 hours I had a reply and confirmation that replacement products are on the way. top service!!! thank you.

I bought four apex lights last year and I had some trouble installing two of the bases as they fell off the wall and broke. I got in touch to ask for replacements. Someone came back to me the same day and immediately arranged for new bases to be sent out, then stayed in touch until they arrived a week later.
I love the lights but I’m even more thrilled with the customer support I’ve received - it was quick, reliable and extremely helpful even months after my original purchase! I will definitely buy from here again.

These lights work brilliantly. The sensor picks up movement from about 10’ and switches off again when no motion is detected. I have three in my kitchen which means the ugly light from my ceiling light is now redundant. Delivery is a little slow but they are up front about that and customer service is really excellent. These units are well priced against the competition too.

I recently submitted two orders within about 10 minutes of each other - which in combination, would have earned a discount. I sent in this situation and the customer service person immediately gave the discount and credited the credit card. The immediate and human and helpful response was refreshing and earned my respect and will lead to further orders and referrals.

Thank you illuminate, I purchased a number of motion under cupboard lights during the upgrade of my kitchen, unfortunately one of the units has failed, I contacted support who have dealt with my problem extremely professionally with a satisfying conclusion. All remaining units are working well providing lighting as and when required. Good support and recommend your products.

Ordered 3 cool white kitchen lights. 2 were warm white. Emailed to support twice with attached invoice confirming our order for 3 cool white. No response at all. Very disappointed with customer support. No phone number to ring.
UPDATE- Illuminate are sorting out the problem. It appears they did not receive my first two emails. They are now sending two new lights.

I always believe that a company really shows its true colours when there's a problem. Unfortunately the lights we bought just weren't for what we needed them for. I contacted IlluminateCo and explained, they tried to help resolve the issue by giving advice and tips, which we tried but we still weren't satisfied. I was then offered a full refund and a note to say how sorry they were that they couldn't help on this occasion. It was all handled very professionally and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Had a problem with a strip light not working. Sent an Illuminate an email, they asked me to send them a video of the problem. They are now sending me a replacement light. Very good service.

I did have some problem with the mount and light bar but Anton from the Illuminate support team had gone above and beyond to help me resolve these issues therefore it is worth a 5 star experience.

Received 2 16” soft light strips. One worked as advertised, the other , on motion detector mode, didn't light very brightly after being installed a while,
. Recharged it and still wasnt quite right. Contacted support and they responded quickly and asked for a video to show the problem. Light quit completely and after a long recharge session the light works just fine. Love ‘em!

Fitted two of the halo products today; one under the stairs, one in the family bathroom. Metal areas in each meant both lights immediately were attached as needed. After USB charging, three button presses toggled between on, off or motion-sense; easy as that! Lovely soft light for night use. Very impressed and would recommend.
