A few minutes later, they even created a customized search matching my trip preferences. If this isn't customer service excellence, I don't know what is!

At first I was very skeptical since I found these deals through an ad and not a friend's recommendation...
But then I realised everything really was already taken care off, and I just really had to enjoy the flight, it took away all the stressful part of checking in and waiting in huge lines.
The only thing I'd recommend checking before choosing the airports you're flying to is to make sure you have available transportation on your way back from whichever place you're going to visit because I almost missed my returning flight.
