I ordered an item on April 30 I got a message right away that they were preparing for shipment. Today is May 28 2026 I haven't received the item so I went back to the email order only to find i they had me as a subscriber with reoccurring payments! When I hit the tracking I had to install Shop to track. Shop Tracking stated delivered 2 hrs ago with a picture of a shoe I didn't order any shoes. I have emailed them 3x to no avail. Nothing was delivered to my address 2hrs ago nor in-between the dates of April 30 to May 18, today. I cant allow these crooks to charge my card again. They minute I googled them complaints came up about them handing out unauthorized subscriptions. Trysorelle still has not responded to my emails especially concerning subscription that I didn't authorize and an item that I haven't received.

UPDATE
I received an email from Trysorelle stating that my order was canceled and I was refunded. When I checked my bank account the refund was pending. They did not clarify canceling the unauthorized subscription reoccurring payments.

Itrietd sorelle's products and overall I had a good experience. I liked that they were easy to use, and after a few weeks I noticed my skin looked more even and had natural glow. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the results were not inmmediate , and I think they could be a little, faster, but overall I'm satisfietd with the product and Would continue using it

It has taken 8 weeks of taking these drops everyday for me to see any difference. I did get duped into buying them again without realising I had subscribed, but I have managed to cancel my subscription now and I have 3 bottles left to keep going with, if I wish. I am a very fair skinned woman that fake tanned before badly. I can see a glow in my skin tone and I look tanned without looking fake so I would recommend. You have to persevere though.

I was expecting something medicinal but there's basically no taste when you mix it into juice or smoothies. Easy to make it a daily habit.

Waste of money! I tan easily in sun and tanning beds- 2 bottles of drops and gummies did nothing!
Also, said skip month and cancel subscription- yet they charged my account! I have notified my bank!

I ate two full bottles over a period of 3mon this and nothing whatsoever happened to my skin. I'm olive skinned but never go in the sun so I look like a coloring book that hasn't been colored. With dark under eye circles. I continued to hermitize from the sun and so it is a lie that it happens without the sun. Look at these girls, they have bikini tan lines. Maybe it'd work if I wasn't a vampire.
