Storing card details and using without your knowledge!!

Ordered their buy 3 get 3 free ONCE back in April 2025 no subscription. Never found that they worked and today 9th December found £75 taken from my account from the company and an email from 8th December saying I made a monthly subscription which was followed by multiple emails off them with offers since purchase was apparently made to hide it! I never agreed to them storing and using my details and purchasing a subscription on my behalf!!£75 for something that doesn’t work!! I’ve contacted them and managed to cancelled subscription but doesn’t offer me a refund and waiting on reply!!!

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a product 2 months ago and their tracking only indicates that the shipping label was created. Reached out to the company for a refund and they only offer a 25% refund when I never received the item. I wish I could give them negative stars. Do not waste your money and time with this company.

Avoid them.

If there was a zero, I’d give them that rating. I have just received my order today, 1st of December. It was placed on the 2nd October.
First red flag is that they lie about their location, they claim to be in the United States, while they are in Taiwan. Why?

I signed up for 1 month and got one…

I signed up for 1 month and got one bottle free. I then went onto the website to cancel and was given an email to contact. I did some and the response was "you can't cancel through our website." 6 months later and 15 bottles plus the self tanner they launched, they are still charging me. I think im going to have to contact my bank to stop any further payments to this company.

Scammers

I have actually had to seek legal action against this company they have been taking money out of my bank account for months don’t answer your emails completely ignore I never subscribed for over 8 months have been taking money without my consent even charging my bank card and the bank getting involved they are fraud stars STAY AWAY!!!!

Email cancelation was effective but Sorelle reactivated subscription 4mos later without authorization

Personal information omitted but the following email chain beginning May 2025 ended in Sorelle commencing in fraudulent activity, still waiting reply to my last email

Also today October 15 2025 I received a notification from my bank advising Sorelle attempted to charge my card another 39.95. Same as everyone else i bought the buy1 get 1 free £19.99 50% off and thought that was that until they kept taking money out even though I cancelled subscription with bank but instead of sending 2 bottles for £19.99 as originally paid im paying £29.99 for 1 bottle and small 30ml tanning lotion??? That makes me orange 🍊. I've tryed to send them emails then 48hrs after I get a email back saying email could not send and incomplete!!! Numerous times now and it stressing me out so im paying £30 for 1 bottle of tanning drops, its hard when u haven't got any help or info to stop this crap from happening as 1 bottle is not enough for me,I use that a week and im fuming over this as it's so hard to get thro tk them ive cancelled my card over 4 times and that don't stop them,can anyone help me with this??

Cancelation is impossible!

I have been trying for 5 months to get this canceled and can't seem to get it done. I don't know what else to do other than pay my bank to stop payment. I've wrote them every month and can't find a phone number to actually contact them. Very poor customer service. Anyone want to buy some, I've got plenty...lol!

Doesn’t work

Unfortunately I have been taking this twice a day every day for 2 months (finished 2 bottles) and noticed no tan whatsoever, not even an improvement in my skin. I also have to pay for one more month’s delivery until I’m able to cancel the subscription (which I didn’t realise when I originally ordered it) so I have to keep paying for something that isn’t working. The only positive is that once mixed into a drink, you can’t taste the drops at all.

I’m very disappointed with this company. My first purchase was buy 3 get 3 free , no invoices or paperwork with the package. I received 2nd order 3 drops and 3 tanning creams of which I didn’t order at all and was double the price!!!cancelled my subscription at the bank but few days ago I received another unwanted package of 3 drops and 3 tanning creams I’m drowning in sorelle products and very very disappointed.wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Good luck canceling the subscription they scam on you.
Didn't sign up for a subscription Yet, the last 3 months been getting hit for $39.99. got a response back from Sorelle Per my email to them notifying that I was formally canceling the subscription. they provide a link to cancel and they give you a link that doesn't work. you go to the website - sign on and the subscription link does not work there either.
Beyond Angry here.

Didn't approve subscription

Can't cancel an unapproved subscription. The irony is the product is decent. However, when purchasing Sorelle tanning drops, I was subscribed to monthly shipments that I didn't authorize. They have tried to draft from my account since April. I tried to cancel the fraudulent subscription, and the website will not allow it.

When you try to cancel they will not unsubsribe you.
BE AWARE!
I am contacted the Attorney General’s office, Better Business Bureau and FBI Fraud Division.
I have to change my Visa card so they will stop charging me.
