Great toothbrush ans kit. The case is much smaller than the Sonicare it’s replacing which makes it a lot easier to travel with, and the USB-C means less cables to bring too.

The toothbrush itself feels really solid, and well built. I now look forward to brushing my teeth!

Mostly all good except I recently ordered new brush heads for my suri 1 in green they turned up on time but in white but hey they still clean my teeth

On the one me occasion I’ve needed customer service they’ve been quick and made everything pain free.

I recently replaced my SURI under warranty and found the process extremely quick and easy. The SURI customer services staff I contacted could not have been more helpful and everything was expedited with minimum hassle. I since bought a USB-C charging adaptor for me brush and, once again, it was delivered very quickly and for a reasonable price. I am very pleased with my v2.0 brush and travel case- a subtle but definite improvement on the v1.0.

It was great because once it began to happen it all ran quick and uninterrupted.

Fantastic customer service, which is a rarity these days, Suri's team sorted out my query in moments. Great battery life too, it lasts weeks without charge. I love the eco angle, that was the initial attraction, but there are so many other benefits too.
I've been using Suri for about 2 years and my dentist is so pleased with my mouth health they have moved me from 6 monthly to 9 monthly check ups. I'm a very happy customer 👍

Love my suri toothbrush, has made such a difference to my brushing experience. Also love the wash bag and toothpaste. I was so impressed by the packaging also and quick delivery.
Bought 2 more recently as gifts for family members however was disappointed that the packaging wasn’t the same. Everything looked so sleek and well presented when I received mine however this time both packages came but items were just put in a box as usual and didn’t look anywhere as aesthetically pleasing. The brush and case are so perfectly created and I felt the first packaging just highlighted this. I appreciate the packaging doesn’t really matter in the long run but these products are so well made that it really did make all the difference, and especially if you’re giving as gifts. Was going to buy another for someone else but unsure if the packaging will be the same.
Otherwise I’m delighted with my new brush and wash bag and would highly recommend.
