Brilliant toothbrush, teeth feel very clean every day. My dentist has noticed a difference at my last appointment and the subscription for the brush heads is really good. Woukd reccommend to everyone.

This electric toothbrush is attractive, practical, and easy to carry, with a full range of accessories. It is very convenient for both home use and travelling.
The only drawbacks are the difficulty of finding compatible replacement brush heads and the relatively high price. The replacement brush heads are not readily available everywhere, and they are more expensive than those of many other brands. In addition, there are no value-for-money multipacks or bundle deals that allow customers to purchase several brush heads at once.

These are the main concerns I would mention when recommending this toothbrush to friends. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and improve the availability and affordability of replacement brush heads, perhaps by offering multipacks or discounted bundles. If these issues can be addressed, I believe this toothbrush has great potential to become much more popular in the future.

Really nice toothbrush! Yes this toothbrush is on the pricey side but totally worth it! The charging cases are perfect for travel as you don’t need to think about germs going on your toothbrush head. The toothbrush heads last far longer than oralB ones.

I love the slim design, the handy magnetic holder and the quiet performance. After one week of use I am use to the lighter weight and the pscing timer is helpful. I am also thrilled eith the case that has the sanitizing feature. Great toothbrush!

Shipping was a bit slow and the refill toothpaste is not very effective. Its only in the last pit of pump that anything comes out.

I brought a Suri toothbrush for myself and my husband in June last year as going away and liked the travel case with the built in cleaning light. A year and a half later, still going strong and have very little plaque now when i have hygenist appointment. It feels soft but must be cleaning well. Really like the eco ethics and that i can recyle the heads. Replacement heads are a good price. Overall would recommend, 5 stars. The magnet thing to stick it to the bathroom mirror didnt last a week though so i think Suri should do away with that.

I have been using SURI for about three years and I am delighted with it. I did not tell my dentist I had changed to an electric toothbrush but he said, have you changed to an electric toothbrush as your teeth are so much cleaner!

I bought 2 Suri 1.0 toothbrushes plus accessories about 11 months ago and both had problems with what looked like corrosion near the switch. I contacted customer service and sent photos and 2 new upgraded 2.0 brushes plus accessories were sent within a couple of days. My 5* rating is more for customer service but we really do like the performance of the toothbrushes
