I purchased two of their grey oversized hoodies on the 1st Nov 2020. The online tracking system on their website was incorrect, saying that my item had been delivered yet nothing.
So I contacted them in regards to where my parcel was, and if the accusations of this company being a scam, we’re true.
I then threatened them with legal action if I didn’t receive either my money back or parcel, and it was amazing to see how quickly they responded. A tracking number was provided, despite being invalid.
I contacted them again, and said I want an exact location of my parcel or else I will be following up on the legal action. They explained that it was because of COVID that there was a delay. Which I found it very hard to believe when all the reviews said it was a scam, fraud and fake website. I had truly lost hope in this company, and me receiving my parcel.

Then this morning 29th Nov 2020, it arrived. Both jumpers, and both in excellent condition. Yes, they are lovely and super soft. But they are most certainly not worth the hassle that this has caused.
Very dissatisfied and won’t be ordering from them again!

I didn’t check reviews before ordering.... lesson learnt!
Total scam - avoid!! Will take your money and not send your item!!!

Ordered it, waited, didn’t get it by the dates they said it would be delivered, sent some emails, no response, money taken without the hoodie....

Ordered a few weeks ago, thought I’d been scammed looking at trust pilot reviews. Emailed the company, the company replied apologising for the slow shipping. Arrived today, came well wrapped with a pretty bow. Would recommend! Not a scam, just slow shipping

Ordered a few weeks ago. After waiting a couple of weeks and after receiving a dispatch note, I came on trust pilot to see the reviews. I thought I had been scammed, however it arrived a week later and it's perfect. Shipping is a little slow, but it seems like a new company, so maybe give them a chance.

This whole company is a gigantic scam. I have no goods,no replies to my emails but I am bombarded by stupid and inane marketing emails. Don't buy anything

Took over a month to arrive. I’d emailed a few times to see where it was at and they were unsure! The burgundy is a lot more red.

The order took a month to arrive after still being bombarded with emails still trying to sell me the same product. The hoodie is really poor quality. Avoid this seller

SCAM - order never arrived they have refused to refund me. This website needs to be taken down.

It's a scam, save your money.

I ordered it about 3 weeks ago, on the tracker it said it’d been delivered, so I emailed them asking about it, they said the tracker was wrong so they updated it and about a week later it arriva.

Item still hasn't arrived, once the initial expected delivery passed the tracking updated allowing a further 2 weeks and an "apology for late delivery"
Emailed to ask for a refund so fingers crossed I get any response. Do NOT buy from this store!

Do not order from here they do not respond to you and take your money, send u offers but never send you your item. Scam.

GOODS FINALLY ARRIVED..
INITIALLY A 5 DAY DELIVERY TURNED INTO 4 WEEKS WITH NO EXPLANATION.....

I was fully expecting to be adding to the list of "no-show" reviews, but I'm shocked to say that it's just arrived!

I've had the same issue as everyone else - one tracking link said it was delivered immediately and the other tracking link just doesn't work.

I emailed support and got a pretty long reply in not-great English that could probably be summarised as "Don't worry, it's on it's way".

I've not seen the product myself yet; my partner has opened it up and said "it looks quite nice" and "I mean it’s not as good quality as some places, but for the price it’s not bad at all".

If I found this Trustpilot page and saw 13 no-show reports and this review as the only positive (as it is at the time of writing), I probably wouldn't take the chance on ordering. However, I'm sure I'm not the only person to have received one.

They could go a long way towards gaining some trust by being open, for example "We are struggling to keep up with demand" (I don't know if this is the case), and also by being up front about expected delivery times. And, most importantly, providing tracking links that work!

It’s a scam, been 2 weeks since I ordered. They won’t let me cancel and won’t give me shipping info. They said it had been shipped but it never came so I emailed them and they said it hadn’t....

This is a scam, reported to my bank as a fraud website, luckily I was able to get a refund.

You'll see below, my initial review, as I was convinced I had been scammed, like others thought the same. However, I will say communication from the company is terrible! To date, no one has contact me despite repeated attempts. The product takes a very long time to arrive, but it does arrive. You'll have to bear with it - but it does arrive. The product is of okay quality. For the price, it's pretty good. Overall, I'd shop around and not be drawn in by the price.

Definite scam. Turns out there are loads of sites 'selling' this product. Guess I'll be checking reviews before buying anything from now on!

Do not use. Took my money and I never received the goods. No response from them after first email. Def scam
