Guys avoid avoid avoid!!! They advertise as oversized hoodies and they don’t even fit my 7 year old!! Short tight and poor quality DO NOT BUY

Please if you’re reading this please stay away!!! Wish I had look at this before ordering so save your money the hoodie is nothing like advertised and the quality is simply shocking. Wasn’t happy so contacted them via email no other way? Response was asking me to send photos which I did, I had no response after this and block my email? I am thinking they were probably shocked by the appalling items they sell!!! So DO NOT BUY!!!!

Absolutely shocking, orders state 8-13 days delivery, it took over 1 month for my 5 hoodies to arrive and when they did they weren’t as described at all, short length thin small hood, awful quality. Please invest in a better brand.

Avoid this shocking company. 1 star is too generous but I couldn't give any less, they deserve more like a minus 10! The item was ordered on 27 November and only arrived on 30 December which was too late for Christmas. When I realised that it wasn't going to arrive in time I asked to cancel the order and have a refund but apparently that wasn't possible even though the item hadn't been dispatched. I asked for the item not to be sent to me but this was totally ignored. It is quite frankly the worst customer service I ever encountered where emails are repeatedly ignored. The item is not what was advertised and very poor quality. Please save your money and don't be fooled by their adverts, their products are utter rubbish!!

Absolutely rubbish.

Ordered on 26th November, arrived 5th Jan. Safe to say the products are NOT anything like what is described, pictured. Wish I checked trust pilot before ordering. Lesson learnt. I will try to get a refund but I am not hopeful.

This is a scam company - do not purchase anything from them. The items advertised are not what is sent - items advertised on website are high quality and the ones received are completely different cheap materials and produced under a different name and by a completely different company. My attempts to attain a refund have led to an incredibly frustrating email exchange with ‘Julie from Sweety’ who I’m pretty sure is employed just to waste customer time - she didn’t even read my first two emails - sending me information that was not at all relevant to the issues I was raising - pretty sure she was just trying to use delay tactics and hope I’d grow weary.

Ordered on 21st Nov - stated 10 days delivery. Then sent a tracking not on 9th Dec, which is invalid.
Constantly just state it is in delivery, but after 44 days never expect to see the item. Should have checked these reviews first.
Asked for refund - we'll see what i get

Order took a month to arrive even though their website states that delivery time is 12-15 days.

When it did arrive it wasn't what I had ordered. The hoodie is a large at best. A lot smaller that what was adverstied on their website.

Have been back and forth with them over email and getting no where.

I was offered a 50% refund which I declined as I feel a full refund would be more appropriate as I haven't received what I ordered. They then reduced the refund on offer to 20%!

Save your time, money and effort and go else where.

Giving them 1 star as 0 isn’t possible. Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered on the 13 of November 2020 and I’ve still yet to receive my order going into the second week of January. Whenever contacted they make excuse after excuse and don’t tell you where your order is. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a hoodie on 1st December, order expected around 15th. 2 emails later and it arrived today. Definitely not as advertised. Smaller than the hoodie I normally wear. Could only be a 6XL on a child. Colour and quality of the fabrics completely different to the photos on their site. Described as a wearable blanket, it is of a similar quality to the fleecy pyjamas I bought from Primark. Save your time and money and buy from a more reputable company

Awful company to deal with, the item arrived far smaller than advertised it was supposed to be an oversized comfort hoodie all soft and fluffy.
I got a little top that won't even fit my 13 year old daughter and the material is not even good enough to an oily rag.
When I got in touch they said the stock has now gone into liquidation and is none refundable steer clear of this Company what a scam.

I placed the order on the 27th November, and received my item on 21st December. Communication with them was to say the least awful, very robotic responses and they take a while to respond. I had to keep emailing and pressing for answers as they would say one thing and then it would be different in the next email. To get responses to action keep emailing and question everything they say as it seems to constantly change. In the end the two hoodies I ordered looked like they were different brands, but the quality is ok for what I paid. Definitely wouldn’t order again, but items will come just takes a long time!!

MINUS 1. Order baby pink hoodie for my fiancé on the 23rd November for a Xmas present. Arrived today 30th December. The colour is nothing what it looks like in the picture and the size is very small. No customer service line to phone for issues. Will be raising dispute with my bank to get my money back. Avoid !

0 star rating Disgraceful ordered 25th November, tracking kept resetting to different date.Automated emails received today 30th December, cheap material, nasty pink colour, disappointed to say the least.

The experience i had with sweety is absolutely outrageous! I ordered my item over a month ago and it had only just arrived yesterday even though i recieved an email on the 4th saying it was going to arrive between the 5th and 13th.
I emailed them and it was an automated email and i kept going back and forth with them trying to find my order! I do not recommend ordering from here. The length of this item is also rather small, my friend ordered me a different version from Ebay for my birthday and it is bigger and thicker so if you want something like this,get it off ebay!

I'm still emailing back and forth like a woman possessed trying to get a refund on the fluorescent pink day glo tiny hoodie I received. The pink shown on the website is not what you recieve yet they email you telling you to send a picture of what you received? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

AWFUL PRODUCTS AND COMPANY.
Ordered two of the hoodies as Christmas presents mid-Nov, they turned up Christmas Eve and completely different to the description and images on the website. They are thin, horrible fleece, with almost no fur lining, and not oversized in the slightest. I contacted them several times to only be given robotic responses, then offered a 15% refund, then refused a refund because “they are going into liquidation” but are still trading on their website and answering my emails, so I doubt that.
A complete scam. I have raised a charge back with my credit card provider as I now have two people without presents for Christmas.

Ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas and received a Chinese plastic doll !!!! Absolutely no use to anyone!!! Definitely a scam.

Only gave 1 as can’t give 0. Ordered 20th nov only arrived today so too late for Xmas! Look nothing like the pictures on the website totally different colours and not as big doesn’t even reach my knees and I’m only 5ft 4 totally disappointed DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT order!!!! Ordered a hoodie weeks ago and when I try to contact them it looks like an automated reply! No tracking number, no hoodie and too late now, not likely to ever get a refund either!!
