Took over 5 weeks to arrive and when they did they are nothing like what I ordered! The pink is neon pink not baby pink and goes to the knees on my ten year old daughter! The grey is even smaller so will know way fit my partner who is over 6ft. Nothing like what is advertised! Don’t waste your money! They were presents for adults and they barely fit children size so how can they be used as hoodie blankets for any size is beyond me!!!!

Do not order from this website - the items are trash and delivery took for every and the customer services are so unhelpful it’s beyond belief!

I have just received hoodie. Ordered 27th November. False tracking number given. No communication but it’s turned up today January 2nd. I wouldn’t order again.

I ordered an oversized pink hoodie in November, got an email saying it would be here between 6th December & 23rd December. Got another email with a tracking number to track with hermes. Hermes have no recollection of number or parcel on transit. I'm beginning to think this is a scam!!!!! I've emailed company twice now and getting no response. Raging

Just awful not what was advertised come to hip length an probably a size 16/18 if that generous false advertising at its best

I waited five weeks before the hoodies arrived.
I thought they were a scam but they have arrived.
The products are super soft and great quality.
Believe me - I had reported the company for fraud etc but now I feel a bit bad.

DO NOT ORDER. The hoodie took 2 months to arrive and is much shorter than the pictures made out. Terrible service.

Really wasn’t expecting much after not receiving my order after 4 weeks - so sent a couple of emails - which both were responded too pretty sharpish tbh - anyways after nearly 2 months I’d given up hope but what pops through the door 🤣🤣 🤣 how I don’t know - decent quality too - suppose it’s a gamble like - don’t know how I got mine & there messing about with so many others.

It appears that I like many in here have fallen for the same scam. I ordered a hoodie middle of November and chased as we entered December. I did initially get some responses from a lady called Julie but when I realised it was never going to get here in time for Christmas I requested a refund and cancel my order. I received an email on 23rd December with a tracking number that is not even recognised on the Hermes website. I have tried numerous times to get a response without any luck. I have now placed this in the hands of my credit card company to take legal action. Like everyone else my advise is avoid!!!!! Absolute disgrace of a company

Don’t buy, only method of contact is email, which they don’t respond to.

Ordered Christmas gift on 28/11 and said delivery 14/21 days, now 24/12 and tracking information (which was only provided on 23/12) still shows item as not received by Hermes yet.

Will never buy again, awful service.

I never write reviews but i figured that for people who are curious about the hoodie, the delivery process and the quality of it, you may wanna hear this.
- Mine took 4 weeks to arrive (ordered nov 23rd, came dec 24). It didnt arrive on time with the first tracker on the website, but it did arrive somewhat on time with the second tracker that linked to Hermes.
- I did email them asking where it was at one point, to which i referenced the consumer rights act, and they emailed me straightaway explaining the stock shortage they had.
- the quality is decent, it is really soft especially the pocket but the inside fur is not as thick as the picture. Some parts of the hoodie feel good quality and other parts feel a bit cheap.
- the colour looks the same as on the website, hoodie came with no tag so it could have come from anywhere really
- the size is onesize but its not actually that big it fit more like a medium. I'm a slim girl and the arms are not that wide, and the hoodie reaches the top of my highs rather than it stretching down to my knees, and i'm only 5 ft 6. Its not really oversized for me.

I only paid about £20 instead of full price on the website because i got it on black friday. For £20... it's alright. I just feel sorry for those who brought what I have for double the price, deffo not worth £40 I would say, considering the long wait. Despite the quality being decent, i do wish the hoodie was longer so it could be worn on its own.

The only reason this company has 1 star is because they actually answered my first email, they ignored the questions I asked but they answered.
I've since sent another email cancelling an order I made ge almost 4 weeks ago and haven't got a reply.
Slow is one thing but this is terrible service before Christmas.
Avoid at all costs.

Order 2 hoodies in November plenty of time for Christmas. Tracking number does not working g delivery date changes every time I check on website! Customer service do not reply. No hope these will arrive today for Christmas. Avoid at all cost it’s a scam!

After reading all the review I thought I’d been scammed but an email to the company and within 24hours I had a reply, apologising for the delay and ensuring delivery.
Took about a month to receive the purchases but when they came they were of good quality. Slow delivery but good price and decent quality

Don’t deal with these people there full of empty promises, we saw them advertising on Facebook thought they looked a credible business so purchase a present for my daughter, we’ve waited 6 weeks for the purchase they have made promises time and time again, and with one day to go to Christmas we still have no sign of it. This is an absolutely crap Company. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely useless still not received my order after nearly 2 months and they have refused to refund me until it arrives and I assume I will have to send it back to them at my own cost.
It was supposed to be a Christmas present one that I ordered way in advance.
Reading other reviews I don’t expect much when my order does eventually arrive, complete SCAM.

Absolute scam. ordered on the black Friday deal 1/2 price, been chasing for weeks. ordered 3 times yet 1 package arrived today and the item is vacuum packed without label, awful quality and tiny. My sister is 4ft 9 and it barely reaches her hips - a total scam.

Had to leave 1 star because you cannot leave lower!

After being quoted 10-14 days for delivery, after several emails and threats to cancel the order the goods arrived after 7 weeks.

The images show an average 6ft man wearing the product down to his knees, upon receipt the product is barely an xl size hoodie. It would only be a true snuggy for an 8-10year old!

Quality is poor, communications is poor, sizing is poor and I would advise anyone to pay extra and buy elsewhere, this company is dreadful!

1 Star is actually too high.
Delivery time was around 4 week and after it finally arrived, the size is no bigger then a small/medium jumper (less then 70cm from shoulder to bottom). Now I have to try and get a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COST

DO NOT ORDER! We ordered At the beginning of November. It’s now the 23rd December & we have not received our item. Going to try and get a refund as it just seems a scam!
