Booked a 48hr Canon R1 test drive over the may bank holiday, and got extra days.
Everything was so easy from drop off to collection & excellent communication.

One slight mishap by the courier, but a quick call to Emily and all resolved. Excellent customer service.

Got recommended Try The Kit from a photographer friend, so went ahead and got a lens i had been looking at .and after trying it , I opted to go buy it, so on that experience id certainly recommend them , the service was first class as was the delivery on date booked for. When you are paying a lot of money for a lens , this is ideal , and gives you the yes or no factor

First class service. Tried the R6-II through Try The Kit and within a week after sending it back I have now ordered my own, brand new camera.
So pleased to have found this facility, it is going to be incredibly valuable in helping me make purchase decisions. The opportunity to test equipment over a 48 hour period in whatever real-world conditions you normally operate in is so, so helpful.
Everything worked perfectly with the service - delivery, the kit itself, the return packaging and label that was supplied, the collection from my door and the virtually instant refund of my deposit.

Absolutely excellent service.
Communication was brilliant, even received a call to ask if I would like the kit dispatched early and an extra couple of free days to ensure it arrived in time for the bank holiday weekend.
Processing of dispatch was speedy, confirming the kits was back, had been checked and deposit swiftly returned.
Returns process is hassle free with labeled bags and courier arranged in advance.
The equipment itself was in great condition and came with everything needed to just get out and start shooting. Safely packaged in hard cases and in great condition

It was really good to have the chance to try new equipment, takes a lot of the worry out of buying something and then realising you had made a mistake and it was too late to change your mind.

Excellent customer service. Everything delivered as expected good communication and support before, during and after the trial period. Money refunded in full as expected and I really got to have a good try out of the kit I tested. Highly recommend anyone do this as it’s much better to have some time to play and learn and use the new kit before purchasing.
