A great 'Try before you buy' experience
Very pleased with the service by Try the Kit. Not only did I have a phone call asking if they could deliver early (but still collect on the original collection day), they also confirmed things via email, and I also had confirmation from ParcelForce of when they'd be delivering/collecting.
The equipment (camera, lens & converter) was really well packaged and looked in great condition. It came with everything I needed, including a spare battery!
It was a great 'Try before you buy' experience.

Everything works exactly as described, I loaned the kit, it came a day early, got picked up on the correct day and the money was refunded. What more can you ask? Oh yes, they even gave me £100 cashback if I brought the camera.

Fantastic free service to try new kit.
Hired a Canon R6ii and a RF lens to try before I buy. The service was absolutely fantastic. Arrived before I booked it and easy to return with the pre arranged collection and supplied delivery label too.
Will certainly use again - in fact I have the next camera booked in for hire already 👍

Kit delivered early in good condition - there's something special about popping the zip ties on a pelle case.
Great idea getting time to have the S5 in your hands - in first few mins felt awkward, but it grew on me - takes great images and a raft of functions I only scratched the surface of.

Easy rental process - excellent!
Relatively easy to rent a lens and the best was that it didn't cost me anything. Nice email about lens arriving a day early :) and the whole process is so easy and it's a lot cheaper than buying a lens. They sort out delivery and pick up and send everything needed for the return with the lens.
