These guys really know what good customer service is.
They called me 5 days before my lens was due to arrive to say they wanted to post it out earlier to ensure it arrived on time with it being bank holiday.

The courier failed to collect it on the collection date, but told the company that I wasn’t in… that was frustrating but luckily these guys just sorted it.

I’ll be using them again!

The whole process, end-to-end was simple and straightforward and best of all free!

Had a small problem with the delivery and the support that I got from TryTheKit was first class! I contacted them, they got back to me very quickly and the issue was resolved very quickly, even though the problem was with Parcelforce and not TryTheKit themselves.

Very easy process. Just select the equipment (camera bodies and lenses) that you want to try out, then select a date, pay a deposit, receive the equipment, try it out, then wait for it to be collected and receive your deposit back within a few days.
Really valuable service to be able to try out expensive equipment before making a purchasing decision.
