Please do NOT waste your time and money!!!

Had the phone put down on me three times by staff at office 3 appointments never once turned up on time, and still the job not completed. No one at the office seems to want to tell you who is manager or in charge which I’m not surprised about to be fair, I wouldn’t want to admit running this bunch of wallies. The complaints procedure you have to email to a sales email address!

Kitchen refit bathroom refit and boiler…

Kitchen refit bathroom refit and boiler swap.
Throughout the process all the workmen were polite,efficient,professional.
They turned up on time and the quality of workmanship was outstanding.
The company went the extra mile to complete the work to such a high standard .They even built a purpose built boiler cupboard to match the new kitchen units .
We have no hesitation in recommending this company and are especially pleased with the 15 year guarantee on the boiler.

7 appointments, 4 days, 1 gas boiler maintenance service.

All I wanted was an annual service to my boiler.
After 7 appointments within 4 days 2 of which i was left without heating/hot water.. I had what I wanted.

3 engineers have never appeared, 1 gas engineer left gas leaking in my house. 1 gas engineer fixed the leak but broke the electrics, 1 electrician fixed the electrics but didn't connect the boiler to the electricity in a way to fire up, the last electrician fixed everything.

I mean.. they only wanted to do their job but **** happens - completely understand that and the good intentions of the engineers and electricians.

BUT.. When the management doesn't know how to handle situations like this, how to prioritise work, how not to send letters for out of hours charges when they have caused the chaos, when the management doesn't know how to give heads up when an engineer is unable to attend, when the company has no policy to deal with complains, when .. when ...when .. when..
especially when the company is such an AWARD winning company - no you are not.

Learn from your mistakes gendlemen and learn how to apologise to your customers when you mess up big time.

I am very calm about this now and reporting this behaviour to Financial Ombudsman and to the regulatory office for gas safety engineers.

Update 1 year later: the financial ombudsman doesn't really care and the regulatory office for gas safety engineers is not interested whatsoever. You are really helpless out there - reviews can be great instead - hopefully people read those!

Problematic boiler

Had a boiler problem,no hot water.
Engineer arrived diagnosed I needed a heat sensor, second engineer arrived to fit it,wrong diagnosis as the water problem was not corrected this when on for a number of days with no follow-up,sent several emails no answer,i statated that the problem after a bit of research on YouTube that it might be the heat exchanger (or back plate) day or so later they sent a estimate for £288 including vat this company are not reliable and certainly a rip-off

Waste of time and bunch of con artists

Waste of time and bunch of con artists.
Don’t both with them.

Had some bathroom work done. They caused a water leak as there plumber didn’t attach the pipes correctly and then took them weeks / couple of months to solve the issue.

Didn't turn up!

Booked a powerflush for £450 - paid in advance. On the day, they didn't turn up and no-one called to say why. When I called them I was told there was no-one there who could issue me a credit until after the weekend!

Fiasco

I had no heating, I still have no heating. The T&S plumber (working on behalf of NCH) arrived at the door yesterday with no PPE and no tools. I asked if he could wear his PPE, he said if I wanted a plumber with PPE I'd have to arrange another visit. Foolishly I let him in, I told him the hot water was working fine but I had no central heating. He simply listened to the boiler for a couple of minutes with the water switched on and then said there is nothing wrong with it, and simply left. No tools needed. Incredibly, there was no obligation to fix the problem.

Excellent job

Mark the surveyor was very good during the survey and he even came and inspected the work following removal of baxi back boiler and installation of combi boiler. I was happy with the price and quality of work. Joel the plumber came up with cost cutting innovations and I was overly satisfied with his great handy work. Matt Redgate did an amazing job installing the boiler. I was impressed by his professionalism and handy work. I would recommend Matt to anyone without a doubt. I would nominate Matt and Joel for tradesman for the year. Pleasure doing business with T&S heating.

WHAT A SHOWER OF COWBOYS I CANNOT…

WHAT A SHOWER OF COWBOYS I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH STRESS STRAIN AND LETDOWN AFTER LETDOWN THIS FIRM HAVE CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY THEY CANNOT RUN A BATH LET ALONE A PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY COMPLETE MUPPETS FITTED A WETROOM EIGHT TIMES NOW STILL NOT RIGHT !!! Most good companies and bad ones with any kind of guilt try to resolve bad Trustpilot reviews WELL NOT THIS SHOWER OF CROOKS NOT EVEN EMAIL TO SEE WHATS WRONG ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!
