It's been two weeks since I placed my order, and I haven't received any confirmation or a tracking number, just the email confirming that the order is 'being processed'. This was a birthday gift. Truly disappointed, I highly advise against buying from this site.

Easy to order, received fast, looks and feels like a good quality t-shirt. They are a gift so I don’t know how true they are to size yet.

I placed this order on July 23. It didn’t ship to me for weeks. I finally got a tracking number and I still never received the order. Eventually, the tracking number said the item was delivered but I never received it. I reached out to the shipping company and they asked me to wait two days to see if it arrived and then contact the vendor. I reached out to the vendor, T-shirt at low price, thru email and I’ve not heard back from them. I’ve been emailing for about a week now and no one has responded. I called the phone number I found online and once I hung up, I got a text suggesting that I email support which of course I’ve been doing for weeks! I want my money back. This is a scam. They have not honored my order. They will not respond to any of my requests. I am about to contact the consumer agency in my state.

Update: they’ve said that any suggestion that they don’t respond to emails is inaccurate and yet I’ve got a bunch of messages in my outbox sent to support that have yet to be responded to. I loathe being accused of being a liar. I’ve reached out to the shipping agency for a claim form as tshirtatlowprice.com recommended and will update with any new information since this appears to be the only way to get a response from them.

Update: After a little over 2 months and really stressful back and forth, I have my item. That being said, I doubt I’ll be using TALP in the future.

My order was placed August 18th and it still has not been processed or shipped. I have received no correspondence since I placed the order on the 18th. This is for a single shirt and it should not take almost 2 weeks to ship. This is for a birthday gift. Since I am fairly certain this is a scam I will not have to report the charge as fraud so my credit card company can recuperate the cost. Like the other review states I too was ignored by customer service after trying to email them multiple times and there is no phone number to call. Very suspicious.

It's an excellent platform, you just need to add some designs, can you see the designs of one of the stores in Redbubble named (FirnandArt) and increase them!

Sizing is all wrong. I ordered a women's size L and was sent a men's size large that fits more like a medium. Very disappointed with the quality and Sizing of the shirt. I be sending it back for a full refund.

They are a terrible company that does not allow for returns. We ordered a sweatshirt that looked nothing like the picture. When we tried to return it within the thirty day window, they refused. They offered a 20% off coupon instead. I’ve never had this kind of experience with an online retailer in my life. Stay away.

There were updates via email on the stage of delivery of items ordered, and items arrived in good condition.

Product and customer service is GREAT.

Fast shipping, good quality product.

This was the only company who had a trending meme t-shirt design, and they had it for sale quick. Delivery time was about 2 weeks, which is pretty good considering these shirts are printed to order (I think). The shirt print itself looks very clean and professionally done; much better than a shirt I got from Custom Ink.

I never received my order due to the US Post Office delivering it to the wrong location.

The reason I gave a 1-star is because as soon as I made my order, my inbox exploded with spam email messages. It's a ridiculous amount and it's not slowing down.

Obviously they make up for the low prices by selling your info to spammers. I hadn't given my email to anyone for at least a couple months so it was definitely them.

Do not give them your email! I wonder what other info they sold to spammers.

I definitely regret making this purchase.

The shirt itself is fine so far and arrived within an acceptable time, only a couple weeks. Kind of smells like glue but I expect that to wash out.

I ordered 3 Man or Muppet shirts for my brothers and I and was highly disappointed because all 3 of them came missing the N in “man” but they did come in a timely manner and no damages to package. Overall 2/10

I ordered a shirt that had two different print styles, and they sent the incorrect one. I requested some sort of fix from customer service and "Charlies" basically told me that they processed the order as they got it and there was nothing I could do about it. Now I am stuck with a terrible shirt, and no willingness to remedy the situation from customer support.
