Package received.....eventually
I placed an order for a sweatshirt for Christmas. I received updates as to the status of my order throughout. Once the package was mailed I was provided with a tracking number. My issues were with the delivery. Package was marked as delivered but was not received. This required several emails to the company and a foot search for my package. It was eventually delivered buy 5 days later. Chalk it up to Christmas and the high volume of packages perhaps. The product itself I am satisfied with. It is exactly what I ordered.
