I loved the price
I loved the price, and timely manner I received my order. The only turn-off I had was when I tried to place my order using my debit card it wouldn't take so I used credit instead. That said, my ordered product was perfect and I was happy

Average buy and tshirt
The tshirt has a thread that seems to be unraveling, and the shipment was a little slow but beyond that it was all acceptable. That said, the material feels pretty comfortable.

Awful Support for Damaged Item
I received a shirt with a stain. It was likely damaged during shipping because the package was ripped wide open upon arrival with no protective packaging around the shirt. I spoke to customer support over email and after sending pics of the stain and referencing the company's refund policy, someone finally agreed to give me a refund. Then instead of a refund a support rep emailed me a tracking # for a replacement shirt which I expressly said I did not want. I still have not received a refund and I expect I won't. The shirt was also not very soft which is part of why I didn't want a replacement. Terrible customer support for barely average quality products. I strongly recommend NOT purchasing this item or any other from this company.

Clearly, in the previous email, you said you need to exchange the new one with the different size (size L). We've gone ahead to ship the relaplacement size L and provide the tracking number for you.
And now, you said that and rated our website bad, which make we're confused.
If in the previous email you said you needed a refund, we would do that for you. BUT, you said you need an exchange, so we sent you a new replacement. That makes sense.
So we do hope that you could re-rate please. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Entered the wrong address on accident and when I contacted them to fix it they wouldn’t. Never got the package and no refund

Not happy
Ordered a mug in mid September 19 2022 on the 22 it left for destination country (Canada) on the 29 it was in the UK contact the company and was reply that they had contact the transport company and that it would be on it way,on October 8 the tracking said it still in the UK

Not worth the price
I thought the quality of the shirts were low for the price, and it also seems that even though the size selection had women's, the shirts we received weren't a women's cut at all, so they were really quite large.
