Placed my order with ease on the website, placed order with no issues or problems 👍🏻. A day later realised I'd like to add something else to the garment. Chloe was super fast to answer my email asking if it was possible and then just magically made everything happen in such a short time! At this point I've not received the hoodie but based on service alone this is a strong 5 stars from me. Very excited to see the item. Thanks again Chloe!

Great customer service and quality, from first contact
the team were extremely helpful. Chloe was very knowledgeable and gave valuable advice on the different sizes between makes of shirt. For example one makes 3xl was another makes 2xl. In fact she stopped me making a blunder asking if I was sure about the sizing, as I was buying two different brands. Thank you Chloe. She also kindly informed me when the T shirts wee being printed and delivered. I have found both the quality of the shirts and the print to be of a very high standard, with advice included regarding laundry. All in all a very good experience with this company. Thank you all.

Order 11 T-shirts with print on back and front pictures, have to say we are made up with the quality and outcome, customer service was excellent when I had questions before ordering and arrived in quick time can not fault the service or product extremely happy thank you

Ordered two mugs on 12th August, 28th today still nothing has arrived, I have tried to email, message and WhatsApp them no response? Has the company gone bust?

Ordered a Newport bridge hoody for my dad’s Christmas present on the 10th of December! Appreciated it was a bit of a close call to get in time. I’m still waiting, have emailed Tom numerous times and have sent numerous messages through the website.
No response, absolutely fuming! Wouldn’t mind if there was just some form of acknowledgment!
Please stay well clear obviously a fraudster.
Such a shame as the gear looks really good and would have ended up buying loads!

I ordered because I could get 3 of the exact same brand of T-shirt printed here for less than 2 with a competitor. I had mistakenly forgotten which email address I had provided and was unable to find my order details. Customer services were super quick to help and I was very impressed with Chloe. The shirts arrived today and I'm very pleased with the quality. I will certainly order again from here. Thank you!

Totally-T-Shirts have been an absolute lifesaver for us at Lync to the Stars! They’ve handled all our personalized t-shirt orders for our charity walk – over 100 shirts and counting – with outstanding service.

To be honest, we’ve probably been a bit of a nightmare customer, constantly emailing back and forth with new requests, changing order numbers, and asking them to tweak our logo to make it perfect. Whether it’s five shirts here, ten shirts there, or a complete design overhaul, they’ve met every request with patience, professionalism, and a level of service that’s second to none.

Honestly, we can’t fault them – not sure they’d say the same about us, though! Haha. But that’s a testament to how brilliant they are. We’ll definitely continue using them in the future and can’t recommend them enough.

Lync to the Stars

Our tshirts have just arrived - a day earlier than expected- and the children are delighted.
The graphics and text are vibrant colours, exactly on screen and the tshirts are super soft.
Huge appreciation for Chloe who was superb to deal with and proactively made sure we got them when we needed despite our order not being straightforward. Thank you Chloe!

Ease of use - ok
Communication - all automated as expected
Product - went for the highest priced/quality of one of the better looking brands. It was around £8 and £28 with a logo on it so not cheap.
The logo was not where I had placed it in design and the shirt quality is poor i.e. so thin it is nearly transparent.
Aftercare - I wrote a nice letter but had no reply.
Overall - too expensive to use as cheap/throwaway merch and quality not good enough for premium wear.
Maybe alternative brands are better? I was hoping they would get back to me on that.

Generally I really like this company. Good products and have ordered many times. This Xmas I ordered on 8th December. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I've emailed, tried social media etc but have had zero response.

Horrible quality printing, totally inaccurate sizing, colours that don't even vaguely resemble the shades on the website, an eternity to deliver, and no free returns policy. What's to like about this company?

I'm female size 10 (UK) and ordered the large size in both garments just to be on the safe side. The thin, flimsy t shirt barely fit over my head, and the (again, very thin) hoodie (which is some disgusting shade of baby puke beige, rather than the tasteful cream shown on the website) will only fit as long as I don't wear any other t shirt or top underneath it. What a complete rip-off.

I was looking for some personalised t-shirts for a work event. Having found this local company I contacted Tony and we chatted through my requirements. In less than a week we had 9 shirts. All of an excellent quality and professionally printed. I would recommend this company any day.

Absolutely fantastic all round. I wanted to create tshirts for a special occassion. I emailed my enquiry and a very helpful lady called Chloe Absolutely blew me away. She asked the right questions, gave me digital samples and all dealt within a few emails. I paid for a longer wait time but goods arrived a lot sooner and they are perfect. I will shop again here as it is the perfect all round experience. Thank you

This companies customer service is next level, i wanted to create a t-shirt but the font wasn't available on their website. I emailed them Friday evening and withing a couple of hours chloe emailed me to let me know the font had been added. I designed my tee-shirt and received several follow up emails as the style of t-shirt I wanted wasn't available. I was offered a similar alternative which was a little more expensive however they honoured the original price. I Was in a hurry for my t-shirt for the following weekend so I payed for express shipping which stated on their website 7-10 days, so not guaranteed to have it for when I required it, chloe put a note on the order saying I needed the t shirt asap and I received it today (6 days from placing the order) it looks amazing!.

I had an fantastic experience The communication was top-notch and they really went the extra mile to ensure the final result was absolutely perfect. I only ordered one t-shirt, but the customer support I received was fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and provided invaluable assistance in getting the best outcome with the picture I wanted to use. The final product was of great quality.
