Great product and service. Needed it quickly for a present and wasn’t going to get it in time so the customer service team changed my delivery option so they’d get it out asap. Very impressed.

Really not very happy. Delivery was originally delayed because they didn’t have the particular tshirt in stock. Was told it would arrive mid/end of week in time for my sons 21st birthday. It didn’t. 2 emails sent making a complaint and requesting a refund but no one has bothered to reply. Very poor customer service and would not use again. The fact that the companies response does not address the failure to respond to both my emails or the fact that delivery timescales where delayed because they didnt have the stock I originally ordered just makes me cross! The first point of any decent service is good communication!

I have recently sent an order through to this company. Since then I have contacted them via email twice, to query the dispatch date of my order (I was hoping to receive this for an event in doing tomorrow, but it's obvious that this is unlikely now). I have had no reply to any of my emails and have received no further communication whatsoever, since placing my order almost 10 days ago. I find the service rather disappointing at this stage.

The printing job was good and to my specifications. However, a major problem is the sizing - I ordered extra large 3/4 sleeve length T-Shirts, but the items when worn are uncomfortably tight, and the seemingly full length sleeves are far too narrow to get my arms through.

Quality that was worth the price. Minor disruption of post due to covid. Great customer support.

I ordered a number of tshirts with a printed logo - after a couple of washes the print has faded and on some tshirts - faded
I had emailed the company to alert but received no reply

The website works well and it's really fun to make your unique t-shirt. I ordered a white polo with a black and white logo. Delivery was quick.
The polo arrived and it was beautiful. Then I washed it in machine at 30 degrees temperature, according to instructions. Unfortunately the logo looks now washed out, light grey. I probably won't wear it outside home anymore.
I contacted customer service but never had an answer.
Very disappointed.

The company contacted me and send me a new T-shirt. I can confirm I washed it and it still looks as new. Thanks!
