T shirt lovely and soft and well printed on

T Shirt was dispatched on 12th Dec using Royal Mail at a cost of £2.93. At the checkout I paid £4.99 for DPD to deliver my order. Item eventually arrived on the 21st Dec so it was to late to forward it onto the recipient in time for xmas. I contacted TSP and was told 'It is true that predominately we do use DPD for our deliveries but on occasions when we have missed their collection time and we want to ensure orders are with the customers on time we do use Royal Mail especially at busy times like christmas' Busy times?....It had taken over a week to receive my item,
a courier would have delivered it within say 72hrs. So as a business you decided you would use Royal Mail unaware of the pressure they were under to deliver the post? Nice little earner for your company.

I don’t imagine I’m their biggest customer, I only ordered one hoody, but great service, prompt delivery and excellent quality clothing and print. I even ordered another one! Thank you very much :)

It was an easy to use service, I was able to save my progress and share versions with friends before finalising the cap. Also I was able to add a note and give further information to the company, which was very handy. What was even more fantastic, was the cap came ahead of schedule, which was warmly received by my friend who is currently rowing The Atlantic Ocean!

Really cold customer service. Slow to respond and quite curt in replies. Aside from that, they delivered when they said they would but the experience could have been much better.

4* and not 5 because of a slight printing error, but once it was queried Maddy was extremely helpful and sent out the corrected version, the quality of the print is good too

Print and jumper quality is amazing, but the print itself is totally off center and is visible even to an average person who won’t pay attention. It’s a shame as otherwise this would have been perfect

Top faded after 1 wash even after following the appropriate care provided, print on top was blurry and the ink had bled through, tried to email about my issues, no reply what so ever just got ignored. £40 for two tops that didn’t last a week 😡
