Mis-sold and refusing to refund duplicate invoices

I was mis-sold two hosting packages, after a month of back and forth one was agreed to be cancelled however the other was not. You'll find changes to your account without warning such as access to self signed SSLs being removed. We've been with the company for 16 years since the Vidahost days when the service was exceptional. Now they've sold the business to 123 reg you can tell the team no longer care and are just getting through and I feel sorry they're having to work in such a depressing environment.

no customer service & websites down again

This company has gone pretty bad. My website is down for over 24hrs and the other says account suspended when they upgraded my cpanel which I didn't even ask for. No customer phone support. The live chat doesn't work even if you accept cookies like they say. The open ticket option has been over 24 hours without a response. I will have to change provider now as this is the second time this has happened in a major way and very poor response time. Had a few minor websites down every year but this major one twice this year is pretty bad.

Sad, frustrated and disappointed

I have been with TSO for almost 10 years now, always straight talking support, super quick resolution times and even when not, communication was paramount. So much so that i've excitedly recommended many of my friends and associated business's to move / migrate over to TSO.

How sorry i am for this now....

Utterly speechless, pushed to the ends of my teather with my recent support queries. No reply for almost 4 - 5 days, if i had not called to escalate and use the chat (x2) to try get some type of response who knows how long it would've been before i heard back. Still no communications / updates from anyone on the support team to set my expectations and am now at a loss knowing that my only option is to migrate 10 (or more) of my sites over to another host where i can hopefully have some security and re-assurance that if i need support in the future, it will be there (tbh i'd have been happy with just simple communication, and this would've calmed the situation to the point i'd be happy to wait due to the great service i've received in the past)

Made now even worse by the fact that though i'm not a hosting / dev professional, i have enough tecnical know-how to understand that this was not a show stopper issue and could have been resolved easily. I initially logged the issue with the theme creation company and they confirm 100% this is a hosting platform issue i'm experiencing, as they've seen the issue mutiple times before, and each time respective clients hosting providers resolved the issue.

I feel so sorry for the engineers working for TSO now and feeling the burn from disgruntled clients like myself calling in pleasding for support, how can such a great company be led down such a dark garden path in todays day and age with streamlined IT processes, SLA's and systems that are designed to prevent this type of support shortfall.

Enough said, i will now be putting steps in place to migrate all of my 10+ sites away from TSO to a new provider.

This review left with sadness and a heavy and utterly frustrated heart

Nikola Y restored my website after…

Nikola Y restored my website after other agents couldn't - an internal migration to a their server upgrade has messed up my security validation and my site was erased by another agent trying to fix it. She persisted with the problem - listened to my distress and restored it from back up. She saved me a sleepless night and was very human in what feels like a very technocratic business. I will stay with them now - they need more agents like her

I lost several customers, because Tshost always have software problems so I usually do not receive emails that I am not even aware until my customers email me and complain me why I do not reply their emails.
Their customer agent closed phone to my face and did not reply phone call. I do not know what to say, they only charge but you do not get quality service.

My God - What a Poor Service

My God, ever since they took over from DataFlame, the service has been dreadful, I run a small forum on a basic package and SLA stated is 99%, at least 3 times a week I cannot gain access to my domain - Support Desk keep saying (European Support Desk) that server was busy and do I want to pay for upgrade.

Not A value for money Service and they will not honour there SLA's or move my domain to another less busy server,

I have decided to leave TSHost (at my own cost) hosting services as customer support if very poor and communication is sometimes not even articulated in clear English and support tickets go un answered. (ignored)

Save your money and time and find another Hosting company that listens and responds to customers concerns.

FYI - Paragon Internet Group runs three popular UK based cloud web hosting companies including Tsohost, Vidahost and Hostroute

Paragon Internet Group owned by Host Europe Group whom intern is owned by GoDaddy Inc -

So no wonder the service is poor, 3rd Tier organisation with obvious no real 'control', best to go direct with GoDaddy which should cut thru the layers ;-)

I've always had excellent customer service from Tsohost. They're quick to answer and help me to resolve any issues I'm having. I highly recommend Tsohost as they are professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you

Website Migration

Kamen Velyov did a seamless job in migrating my website to a new server, and was very supportive in the more complex process of validating the my website on the new server before changing the DNS to point at the new location.

Customer support not the best anymore

Customer support took ages to reply, Sites were down for over 2 days. they would not admit they had made changes and messed up. When it was VidaHost I never had any issues. Apparently its all part of Go Daddy now. To big to manage.
