Very informative guide (allmost to much info😅)
Hotelbeds vary from very good to very bad (like concrete hard matresses!) and the food vary from average to not very interresting - but you get what you pay for I guess!😅
All in all a fine tour😁

It is a good way to see the turkise and Greek contryes with out so many other turist. It is good organiced and you are driving in good busses.

⚠️ A serious warning to other travelers – because no one helped me, and no one took responsibility.

I am writing this because I have tried every possible way to get help after my trip with TSS. I received none. Not even the smallest responsibility was taken for what happened to me, my child, or the other travelers who became sick and misled.

During our trip, several of us became seriously ill — and every single person who ate TSS’s food package got sick.
Those who ate elsewhere stayed completely healthy.
Despite this, TSS refused to accept even 1% responsibility.

Their customer support answers were worse than ignorance.
Everything was turned back on me, as if everything was my fault — the sickness, the financial losses, being misled, everything.
If a company believes that absolutely nothing is ever their responsibility, then travelers need to protect themselves.
I would never travel with them again.
And even if I had a booked ticket I couldn’t cancel, I would still avoid everything they offer — especially their food packages and their so-called “optional” shop stops.

At their boutique stops, you do not really have a choice.
You are pressured to buy things, and only when you come home you realize how badly you were misled — how overpriced or even fake the products were.
Later TSS claims these stops were “voluntary,” which is simply not honest. They are part of the tour route and cannot be avoided.

I share this only so that others don’t have to suffer the same sickness, the same losses, and the same feeling of standing completely alone with a company that refuses all responsibility.

⚠️ En varning till resenärer – eftersom jag inte fick någon hjälp och inget ansvar togs.

Jag skriver detta eftersom jag har försökt få hjälp på alla möjliga sätt efter min resa med TSS.
Jag fick ingen hjälp alls.
Inte ens det minsta ansvar togs för det som hände mig, mitt barn eller de andra resenärer som blev sjuka och vilseledda.

Under resan blev flera av oss svårt sjuka — och alla som åt TSS matpaket drabbades.
De som åt på andra ställen var helt friska.
Trots detta vägrade TSS ta ens 1 % ansvar.

Svar från deras kundsupport var värre än ren okunskap.
Allt vändes tillbaka på mig — som om allt var mitt fel: sjukdomen, förlusterna, att vi blev lurade.
Om ett företag anser att absolut ingenting någonsin är deras ansvar, då måste resenärer skydda sig själva.

Jag skulle aldrig resa med dem igen.Och även om jag hade en biljett som inte gick att avboka, skulle jag ändå undvika allt de erbjuder – särskilt deras matpaket och deras så kallade ”frivilliga” butikstopp.

Vid deras butikstopp har man i praktiken inget val.
Man pressas att köpa saker, och först hemma inser man hur lurad man har blivit — hur överprisade eller till och med falska produkterna var.
Efteråt påstår TSS att dessa stopp var “frivilliga”, vilket helt enkelt inte stämmer. De är en del av rutten och går inte att undvika.

Jag delar detta för att ingen annan ska behöva gå igenom samma sjukdom, samma förluster eller samma känsla av att stå helt ensam när företaget vägrar ta ansvar.

We had an excellent trip and holiday with TSS in Rhodes and Turkey. All the logistics worked out perfectly and we had some very interesting excursions to historical sites. Our guide was highly professional, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. The trip can be highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this trip! Everything was super well organized — from pick-up to timing and communication. Our guide Emre was professional and full of interesting stories about the island’s history and culture. Cyprus itself is stunning — crystal-clear water, charming towns, and delicious food everywhere. Totally worth visiting and such a great experience overall. Looking for next trip.

I attenpted to book a trip through TSS because they had a special offer but the dates available didn't work for me so I ended up not booking anything.
A couple of days later they call me and wake me up (I'm a night shift worker) to ask about sending me email offers. I call back to the support centre and ask them why they saved my information when I am not a customer. At first it sounds like the phone is dropped before being picked up and the person on the other end proceeded to argue that she didn't know who called me. She was was very unhelpful and was horrible at communicating. She also argued that I was a customer. In the end she FINALLY searched me up in their system and (hopefully) deleted my information. Personally I think they could at least have apologized for their mistake. If this is representative of the staff of TSS I will say they come off as rude, uninterested and just out for money.

Trip to the UK
This company charge you fantasy prices for their "services". Hotels situated far out in the countryside, and on the cheap. No information that it is best to take the meal package because some hotels do not have an a la carte menu and there is no other places to eat because of the locations of the hotels. Always arrived late in the evening to the hotels, no time to change clothes. No real experience of Scotland, like going to the pub or a whisky Distillery.
We traveled 3200 km in 8 days! Lots of time spent on the bus. Stressful. Stops at service stations for "lunch". Some stops not worth stopping for, that time could have been better spent on other places.
46 people that had to get in and out of the bus. Guide had none existing knowledge of history aso. Best experience was the bus driver and fellow passengers. No, not worth the money. So disappointed. Will never travel with them again. Their interest is just money. Avoid.

During our life we have travelled in many different ways to 126 different countries.
During the latest 5 years we travelled with TSS to China, Turkey, Cyprus, Rhodos and Bosnien. All travels, tours and acommodations have been excellently arranged, all guides have been knowledgeable and service minded. We can only recommend TSS as the most affordable travel company with a very high service.

My parents traveled with this company to Cyprus. It became the most expensive trip ever for them as they were totally fooled by talented salesmen from Bufavento Jewels. They are now left with a debt, and it seems that the travel company is doing business with Bufavento Jewels. Fearless company that lures older tourists to such events.

Terrible Dubai trip, not honest, bad staff like bandits. Never travel again ... Especially NG Jewelry, Nascita Gioielleria 3 times more expensive then Sweden... Montenegro trip was better ...

TSS is worse then the Maffioso

Since returning home, having bought nothing, bank account targeted and constant harrassing emails demanding money. Has impaceted badly on my health.

Horrible service. We were a group of 30 from Oslo to India. Turkish Airlines left behind my friend at 84 years old alone in Istanbul and no help or compensation from TSS. Will never travel with this company again.

Horrible. TSS lies and tricks travellers. Dont go. Not reliable. Real expencies much more high than promised. Also worst customer service ever. Go somewhere else or by someone else.

My wife and I travelled with TSS to Dubrovnik/Croatia/Montenegro.
Unfortunately my wife felled in a stone stair caise and broke her arm etc. I asked our guide to contact the local office to help me to book a room for me. My wife was at the hospital.
They didn’t book a room even if they said so.
No good will: They could have offered me a room. Compensation 250 SEK reduction at next trip!!! This happened the first day.

bufavento jewels is such a interesting discover after so many typical souvenir shops. Every piece of jewelry is different and has something special. You can also enjoy while watching how amazing and very kind stuff is making beautiful rings or earnings and be sure no one has it :). Very kind and experienced stuff explained to me procedure from the beginning so now I know that beside diversity, this jewelry tells its own story and gives this beautiful old town spirit which suppose to have.

Watch out for the trips to carpet, jewerely and leather sales you will be taken to (at least in Cyprus) on TSS trips!!!!

Very, very unfair play of TSS!

Overprices and false items.
Pargain pargain and pargain.. down to 1/10 of the price! If you ever should be interested.

Please please do not buy any from BUFAVENTO JEWELS, they don’t sell you anything in correct price, everything is 20 time more expensive then the should be. I’ve just read many people had same experiences as I had,I but Jewels as they said to me it worth £2500, I paid £600 and agreement was to pay the rest within next 3 month. But when I came back to England I took the jewels to some prefosional place and they all said it is just the painted glass. Only I should paid for gold. I contact with company every time they said something, like you have to cone to Cyprus and returned it as if I go back to that country etc, but when I said do them I’m gonna take you to court they accepted to give me money back and I had to send that pice of glass to Germany. This is crazy hope people read all the reviews before dobany action in those types countries.
