Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to call them since two weeks but no response and voice message is full so can’t even leave the voice message. The cargo bike I ordered says 28MPH max speed but it is only 20.
Also, when I bought a bike they promised me to give front basket but they didn’t send with bike, I called them and they received my call after 20 tries and they said currently basket is out of stock we will send you within a month but they never send me.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback and we're really sorry for the frustration caused. The cargo bike is shipped with a 20MPH speed limit due to regulations, but you can unlock the full 28MPH speed in the settings.

The worst to ever deal with after purchasing. One of the e-bikes I bought had battery malfunction and been parked at my house with no use for more than 50 days now and they don’t seem to care at all. They keep sending wrong battery for it and refuse to even refund me.

When I received my TST R002 and upon unboxing it , immediately I've noticed two scratches on the back seat area and the battery . When I assembled the bike completely the front disk for the front wheel was warped . I ended up having to put a new one on to ensure my safety in the braking of my new TST R002 . Other than the scratches, I love the cool modern look it has , parts could be better in quality, but what paid for it is definitely worth it . Customer support is very attentive to needs or questions.

The bike is nice
The bike is nice. It was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. It was easy to put together. I've read reviews for people said it was hard to assemble but it is not it is very straightforward. The seat could be wider to make it more comfortable but I'm putting up with it. I tried to order a saddle seat from TST that they said would fit any TST bike but after I ordered it they sent me an email and said this seat does not fit your bike. Mine is the r o o 2. The odometer is very much off. I went on a known route that was 12 miles long and it said that I had traveled 19 miles. That's a 7 mile difference in just 12 MI. I have not downloaded the app yet. The advertising with TST is not accurate. The bike was advertised as a 1300 w Motor and it's only a 750 watt motor. The bike was advertised to do 32 mph in the ads and when I got it even the owner's manual said that the bike was supposed to do 28 miles per hour. But when you look on the bike it has a sticker that says this is a Class 2 bike and it is regulated to 20 mph. That is a misrepresentation. Otherwise I am pleased with the bike itself.

Regarding the motor power, the bike has a rated power of 750W with a peak output of 1300W, which provides extra power when needed.
For the speed, the bike is initially set as a Class 2 e-bike (max 20 mph) per regulations. However, you can unlock Class 3 mode to reach speeds up to 32 mph, though actual speed may vary based on riding conditions, rider weight, and terrain.
