First of all I took them almost a week to send .. Then they Didn't deliver half my order, which was the half I original wanted from there, 20 batteries. And they never tried to tell me so I could replace them or give me an option to cancel. They still charged full shipping. Would not recommend
Package delivered broken and open due to bad packaging. More that half of the ordered items were missing.
No response to emails. Called customer service by phone several times but no reply for many days. Manages to reach customer support by phone but they weren’t helping at all. They claimed it was my problem and would help. I asked for refund of the missing items but it was rejected.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this company!
