We love this, it really helped our autistic son. We only have a wet room and he hates the shower so bought this to help him and he’s like a completely different child at bath times

I purchased the Cuzi bathtub in Ambient Taupe with bubble function back in December – and we’ve been absolutely thrilled with it from the very first use. The quality is excellent, it’s super comfortable, and setting it up or storing it away is really easy. Especially living in an apartment without a fixed bathtub, this was the perfect solution for us – it fits nicely in the bathroom and provides a great, relaxing spa experience!

After a few months of use, a small issue developed with the valve where air was leaking at the pump connection. I reached out to customer service – and I was honestly blown away by how helpful and straightforward everything was.

Without any hassle, they offered to send me a replacement tub – a quality-checked unit that arrived within just a few days. That’s the kind of service you rarely see these days: quick, friendly, and truly customer-focused.

I can wholeheartedly recommend both the Cuzi bathtub and the service from Tubble.

A really great product, presented very clearly with insightful information, video reviews from real people, and quicky, straightforward delivery. A very worthwhile product that I'm very happy with.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the motor for the jacuzzi is so extremely loud that it is basically unusable, even at the lowest setting its anything but relaxing to have this motor roaring like an industrial vacuum cleaner - would not recommend the "Cuzi" version of this otherwise amazing product.

The original package seemed to be opened and taped together. Why not replace the packaging with new one? The product itself only the bottom compartment holds air pressure. The top part leaks slowly and is deflated after couple of hours. Seems like a quality issue.

My new Tubble water pump worked perfectly the first time I used it, but for some reason failed on the second time of asking. I wrote to Tubble explaining the situation and just a couple of days later was delighted to receive a brand new replacement pump. Now that's what I call first class customer service.
