A Positive Experience Despite Challenges – Thank You Carlos
My recent experience with Tubble involved a complex situation regarding a returned parcel that, despite being tracked as delivered, could not be located. While the circumstances were challenging and the outcome uncertain, I want to express my sincere appreciation to the Tubble team—and especially Carlos—for their professionalism and support throughout the process.
Carlos was consistently responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented. His communication was prompt and thoughtful, and he made every effort to resolve the matter in a fair and respectful way. Ultimately, the company chose to issue a refund, even though the parcel’s status remained unresolved, which I deeply appreciate.
It’s clear that Tubble values its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Thank you again, Carlos and the Tubble team, for your integrity and kindness.

I had ordered a tubble bath. I have an old one.It’s been a blessing to me for over 4 years with chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I take it everywhere with me. When ordering I noticed tubble now had, bubble cuz
and was so excited. So I deleted my order to ask my friend to help me buy a bubble bath one.I made such a mess and confused everyone so he did, I was really upset I had been charged for two tubble baths.
I had partly caused this. I noticed the money had been returned to my account. Then a delivery driver turned up with two tubble baths. What a beautiful kind company they are. After talking to Marcus I wanted to pay and give the others, to our local charity shop. (I had already given them) how could I tell him?
I noticed I was confusing him. My brother in law is very ill with cancer. I had paid the go fund me because he has bowel cancer and it’s spread. They don’t have a NHS in USA. My brother in law here is on oxygen for small cell cancer. My partner has cancer I have lost my niece and my younger siblings and just started treatment from the hospital. for severe depression. I no longer wanted to be here. I was medicated.
I never told the company any of this. I have nurses visiting me. I just felt a burden to everyone. This company showed me mercy when I didn’t deserve it.
They covered the cost of the Tubbles when I didn’t deserve it. I am truly grateful especially to Marcus.
He is an angel in disguise.. I am crying rears of happinesss. I love my Tubble it eases my pain ❤️

I’m really excited about the bathtub! The quality is very good, and the jacuzzi function makes it twice as much fun — it can’t even be compared to a “regular” bathtub. If you’re thinking of buying a Tubble, I definitely recommend this one.
Unfortunately, the pump casing fell off the very first time I used it and can’t be repaired anymore. I’ve already gotten electric shocks several times because of this.
Other than that, I can really recommend the bathtub! Having a little spa experience available at home anytime is really wonderful. :)
