I was excited to receive my Tubble.
The design looks well made and I like the fact that the cover now you can close with a zipper which keept the warmth really in.
I also like the thicker quality of the PVC.

In use however it turns out that specially emptying isnt so convenient as told, it takes ages to empty even with all the "orders" followed exactly as stated.
I have the feeling that this is happening because there is no "venting option".
suspect it would also be good to place the tubble on a surface that slopes slightly towards the drain.
I now empty it with a small bucket, but that means the relaxing effect of having had a bath is lost.

Tubble is one of the greatest companies, I've had the pleasure to come in contact with on the recent years.. they are everything a business used to thrive for, and everything You would love from a product and the people behind it..

There are likely plenty of people going into the details of the products, I'm not gonna do that here, but I do appreciate what you've created, how you have meticulously thought through your products and made something to be proud of. Communication also top notch!

UPDATE 06-01-2026:
After this review, the ball started rolling on being helped. Or so it seemed.
I was offered a new Tubble, which showed the exact same production-error upon its first use.
I got in contact with customer service again and was promised a full refund as I had now received two faulty Tubbles and lost all hope of ever receiving a decent product. Ever since this promised refund, on the 17th of november, I have been emailing Tubble weekly to ask for a status-update on my refund. I was initially told processing would only take 2 - 3 days. Each reply consisted of a vague reason: there's been an error in the system,or my colleague must have made a mistake, but I for sure fixed it this time!
Yet here we are, January now and I am yet to receive my refund. I'm no longer getting replies to my e-mails either... If you ever considered purchasing a Tubble because of how relaxing they seem... It's not worth the stress of dealing with customer service.

I've had to buy a repair-kit after the one delivered with the tubble had to be used fairly quickly after receiving it. Upon contacting the company over the first leak, their advice was simply to use the repair kit that was included in the original delivery. My concerns about the leak being a problem due to being a factory mistake were dismissed entirely. A few weeks later, a second leak appeared in a similar spot as the first.
The initial repair kit I used worked well, so when I ordered a new one, I expected to receive the same product. Instead, I received a stretchier film that I seem to have been able to purchase for less elsewhere.
I'm very disappointed that the Tubble I received has had these problems despite normal use. I'm especially disappointed that the customer service did not take my concerns seriously.

Tubble is fantastic, one of the best things I have ever bought in my life. I purchased myTubble through Bol.com on 10 December 2023 and have used it on average about a couple times a week ever since.

In almost all respects, the design of the Tubble is impressive-- it is sturdy and strong, very fast to inflate and deflate, comfortable for two when inflated but compact when deflated, smooth and easy to keep clean, it holds the water hot for a remarkably long time, and is soft and much more comfortable than a traditional hard bathtub.

The drain and hose are slightly less robust than the rest of the tub. After quite some time of hard use, they gave way, but Tubble customer service was excelent for resolving this and I am very satisfied.

I'm in love with my tubble. This is a second purchase and I would do it again.
The bath is stirdy and big enough to enjoy and not feel cramped.

Omg, i missed taking a bath after moving to my new flat but thanks to you i have this lil luxury again and i am super thankful. Also thanks to your tube, my water usage became more sustainable.

Highly recommended! I’m so very happy with my bathtub. It’s even more comfortable than a regular one. It inflates in less than a minute and stays inflated for several days.
And the customer service is fantastic. After almost a year, I got a small scratch on it that caused a little air to leak. After contacting customer service, I received a completely new one — I only had to pay for the shipping. So now my winter is saved.
As I said, I truly recommend it!

We love our Tubble. We ran into an issue, and the customer service was fabulous. Quick, human and very correct. Since it was still under guarantee they offered a new one, it was on its way the same day. Very pleasant experience.

I have recently purchased a tubble cuzi. I shipping was pretty quick, so thats a plus. I have had problems with the “cuzi” part. Mine doesn’t seem to bubble much at all and theres mostly coming bubbles out of one corner and not like the advertisement video at all. I have asked for help for troubleshooting from support, because I thought I might have dobe aomething wrong when setting it up. They asked for a video, but have not replied since. It has been a week since I sent them the video of my problem. There for the low rating. The tub does seem like nice quality, which is a shame since it is paired with poor customer service. The “cuzi” pump is really loud even on low settings, wish I’ve known before I made the purchase.
