TubsJackson .. the worst motorcycle industry company I’ve dealt with

Whilst they control the monopoly in the uk, I would advise you go elsewhere. Awful customer service, ordered my adaptor whilst in stock on 29/06/26. No updates or warnings until I chased them to be receiving mixed messages about availability and updates to the product. Was informed 10/08/26 was last day before manufacturer but needed another week. Finally had enough so requested a refund, no doubt will have to charge back as this will be delayed also. Whilst the product looks great waiting nearly 2 months to only receive sarcastic replies and nothing done about it other than wait longer isn’t a great way to retain customers.

My order is still not even processed…

My order is still not even processed after 3 weeks. Says they deliver in 3-4 days in Europe.

Update:
Sent after 4 weeks since order. Failed to declare customs correctly within europe. Even stuff from China gets that right.

Still have not received my item.
