We're new to saunas but thought using a local supplier would help both the local economy and we'd get a more personalised service.
Trying to get answers to our questions in a timely manner or quotes for saunas has been at a snail's pace - over six weeks now, and still waiting for a quote from before Christmas

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with The Tub Company, and they've been excellent overall. From the initial consultation to the purchase and installation of our tub, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They kept us informed throughout the process and went the extra mile to ensure everything was sorted, even when there were challenges. The tub itself is fantastic and easy to maintain. A big thank you to the team, especially for their prompt service and attention to detail. Highly recommend them. Four stars from me!

Had a service today by Ross from the tub company in Sudbury and was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service provided. Ross was punctual, friendly, informative and extremely professional. I would highly recommend the company based on the excellent service I received.

The Tub Company were superb from first meeting, through purchase and installation to normal running.

They offered great advice, put us under no pressure and were a pleasure to deal with.

The Tub is great and we use it at least 4 or 5 times a week. It is simple to use and maintain and much less bother than fastening up the lazy spa.

I left a review where I put the sent the wrong order which they did but a loverly woman called Michelle got it all sorted within a few hours. So I have put this one on to say thank you for putting it right so quick

Richard called me on route to install a ASHP on our new hot tub, he removed the side panels and then said we will empty the tub 😳… (what) I thought… then he really went to work and didn’t stop he emptied the tub into a bag completed the install then returned the same water back into our tub 😳 testing everything, I was fascinated watching him. He is credit to the Tub company and I will certainly use them for my service/repairs every year.

What a fantastic company, with excellent quality products. I purchased a hot tub cover cap from them online and through no fault of their own the supplier had changed the colour. I contacted customer services and spoke to the most helpful lady, who checked all of them for me. She was polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It makes a huge difference when you get a company who is so helpful. We will definitely be returning customers.

Great company to deal with from show room through to delivery and installation. Top notch aftercare for a hot tub beginner like me too. Highly recommended.
