Lovely beautiful hottub! Because of Covid/Brexit had to wait over 8 months before it got delivered, guys who installed were very friendly and helpful, only thing we weren't happy about was that we were told by salesman what electric socket (don't ask me details) to install, turned out it wasn't the right one and had to have electrician install the right one, hence the 4 stars.

I have no complaints at all and I am very happy with my Hot Tub.
The guys installed it today in the rain on a very slippery surface which caused a few difficulties.

Despite the long wait before I actually received my hot tub, now it has arrived I am very pleased with it.
The Tub Company kept in touch and let me know of progress and answered any questions I had prior to its arrival.
Delivery was prompt and efficient and the tub was very soon ready to go with the relevant instructions for its maintenance given in a clear and easily understood manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

It 6 months for the tub to arrive and eventually it came straight from the docks after being shipped from China. The gents that installed were friendly, but the service was not great. I had arranged a 32amp to be installed with a 32amp socket. The tub does not come with a cable to even plug it into the socket. I had to purchase another length of swa cable last minute, which if I had known I would have retained from the socket installation. Then the installers only connected the cable to the tub, they left me to complete the installation and connect a 32amp plug. They then left and called me back in the evening to talk me through the chemical treatments, being shown this would have been better. When the hot tub was filled by me and I turned it on for the first time it kept faulting with all sorts of alarms, the installer came back a few days later and reconfigured it to work.
Teething problems aside the tub is brilliant and we couldn't be happier. Time will prove reliability.

We are very pleased with our new hot tub and glad that we decided to purchase it from the tub company. We found the guys that delivered and installed it were very helpful and spent a fair bit of time explaining all the need to knows on completion which we found very helpful. Thanks also to all the sales people who we dealt during and after the purchase including the Governors.

Happy with the quality of hot tub so far! The Tub Comapny could have spent a bit more time going through the controls and use of chemicals etc... was a bit rushed, although support by phone seems good.. when you they do answer the phone! Overall - good.

There was a problem with the delivery company, but the tub company kept me informed and sorted the problem out (sent another parcel via a different delivery company ) great service
