Simple & quick service
I always use Sainsbury's when ordering travel currency. The online ordering system is simple to use, your order is usually ready for collection within 24 hours, and the exchange rates (especially if you are a Nectar customer) are competitive.

Really straightforward process
Really straightforward process. No minimum order for Kenyan shillings unlike some other places online. Picked up from my local Sainsburys. Couldn't be easier.

Our order was ready in store quickly
Our order was ready in store quickly. I'm not sure that charging 25p for an envelope is a good idea, so we declined and put the cash in my purse. We chose Sainsburys online to get the best rate we could, so every little extra charge mounts up when you're trying to squeeze every penny out of the budget.
